From my initial phone call inquiring about a car listed online, right down to driving it off the lot, I had a wonderful customer service experience. Kevin was friendly, polite and NEVER pushy. He presented me with all of my options, gave me his personal opinion (he owns the same car I was looking for) and gave me space to make my decision. I even enjoyed our non car related conversation as we waited for the paperwork to go through. Ray, the manager also assisted me. He was very friendly and helpful. Just thinking about going to a dealership on my own, let alone buying a car was stressful, but Kevin and Ray made it a pleasant experience.

This is our second car bought from them in a little over a year. Juanita and Kevin are great! When you come to Cypressmotors they do not make you feel like fresh meat in a pool of sharks....They don't attack you. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and take there time with you. They work with you in getting you the best deal. This dealership carries nice looking cars, with low mileage and great prices. From the beginning to the final signature, the transition goes smooth and quick. We will definitely be coming back in the future!!!!

After a long struggle of looking for a vehicle, Cypress Motors and its team members brought it to an end. Without their knowledge and outstanding service I wouldn't be happy with my vehicle today. Juanita helped me out a tremendous amount and she was willing to listen and open up options for what was best for me. I have been to countless dealerships within the last 4 months and to be honest Juanita and Cypress Motors were the most helpful. So ive been looking for a car for a while now. Ive looked in different places different dealers but I just didn't feel right none of them were helpful and weren't really willing to negotiate. Yesterday we went to this dealer down the block from my house to buy a car. I was already willing to get any car, I was desperate I needed one for work. So we get to this dealer checked out some cars tried some out but none of the cars felt right. I got my phone went on line to see where were some other dealers. CYPRESS MOTORS came up, I remember this place my girlfriend does her oil changes and all that stuff right next door at jiffy lube. I told my mother," Hey, you know what?, theirs this dealer down Lincoln we should go check it". So we did, we get their and we get approached by this wonderful lady named JUANITA. She helped us out get the perfect car with the perfect deal, she was patient and made us feel like home. She was understandable, and very helpful. If your looking for good cars and a good dealer I recommend CYPRESS MOTORS you wont regret it, TRUST. In my case it was meant to be for me god put that dealer and Juanita in my path for a reason.
