Excellent customer service!
I chose Ultimate Rides because of a specific vehicle that was listed in their inventory (2008 Ford Taurus "X"), unfortunately, the deal fell through due to not being approved for financing. I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect with a call back explaining why the dealership could not help AT THIS TIME. Other dealers I have dealt with would NOT have bothered to call if there was no money to be made. I certainly would recommend Ultimate Rides to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Take Care AND stay safe!!!!!

Bought my Subaru and there Gold star warranty (because I know about Subaru head gaskets) so I wouldn't have to worrie about it. The head gasket has been leaking since day 1 , they had the car 3 time's now they want another $600 to fix it! (My gold star warranty cost "a couple Grand") cliff wall Subaru said it would be around $1300!

This customer owned his vehicle for over a year and now that hes having problems hes using the internet to give us a bad review because we wouldn't fix his car for free. No dealer would!
Good Dealer, Decent car
Very happy with my purchase. I specifically bought from the Neenah location. They were very upfront about the vehicle history and the repairs they had to do to to the car. It’s a nice breath of fresh air after having a few other dealers try to force financing down my throat. They didn’t even mention financing until after we already decided on a price.

Dealer never got back to me about an inquiry
I recently inquired out about a Subaru Outback for sale and never got a response back. I ended up driving to the lot days later to see if it was available and sure enough it was. I couldn't believe the shape it was in! The car was in very rough condition and matter of fact the whole car lot was full of very rough condition vehicles. In hindsight I'm glad they never bothered to return my inquiry as it would have been a waste of time to even speak to a salesperson. In a business such as car sales perception of presentation of your facilities and vehicles is everything. This car lot is lacking big time.

Well this is unfortunate but we have a call log and we show that we left you a message on 10-27-19 at 5:13pm about this 2012 Subaru that it was in service at the Subaru dealer, so the car was not present on the lot. A lot of customers miss the voicemails we leave them assuming we never got back to them. Also, please remember we are not a new car store, we sell pre-owned vehicles and if you prefer you should probably buy something new. Thank you
2004 Dodge RAM 1500
I bought this truck in March 2019, and since then, within 6 months, I've had to have a complete brakes replacement, front and rear, had to replace the oil pan, the steering went out, and the oil pressure had to be fixed as well. I have a limited warranty that I purchased for a year after buying the truck, and it covered none of the repairs that I listed above. The mechanic told me I could have used it toward the brake pads--big deal. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with this incredible amount of repairs, all within 6 months after buying the truck.

bad customer service
Went to this dealer to check out some cars. Overcrowded lot. Salesman told me the cars I was interested in was inoperable, and then proceeded to tell me that more than 3/4 of their inventory dose not run.

In April of 2019 we closed our biggest location of about 300 vehicles and at this time we are still making space for the vehicles. A lot of vehicles were going through another safety inspection for the new location so we weren't able to let some of the vehicles to be driven because obviously we want our customers to be safe.

After 10 days we stick behind some problems even though it was an AS/IS purchase. We offered to take care of this repair, however the customer chose not to come back to have it done at no charge.

Any used vehicle can have problems after purchase. We don't build the vehicles and we have absolutely no way when something may go wrong. This is part of purchasing a used, not new, vehicle. Also, when a vehicle has an issue that maybe a little tough to diagnose it may need to be brought in a few times to make sure it does get the prior diagnosis if the problem doesn't go away. This is very common. So sorry for your experience

Spend over $4000 on repairs within first 8 months. The crooks offered me scrap value instead of taking the car back and doing the right thing. Never buy anything from these dealerships or you’ll be left on your own with a lemon. Do not trust these people!

This is something that can happen with a used vehicle. It was driven almost a year and there were problems that came up, seems perfectly normal because its used not new. When buying a used vehicle things like repairs and maintenance will happen and need to be done. After 8 months doesn't the customer own the vehicle?
