I will not ever buy another vehicle from Ultimate

I do not recommend Ultimate Rides. I purchased a used car 6 months ago. Before the sale was final, I was told they would fix the tire sensor. Instead of fixing it Ultimate Rides just added air to the tire at the dealership. A week later when I called and told them the problem was still there, I was told to just add air because it was the cold weather. It's been over 90° and I am still adding air. I took it to a mechanic. The sensor itself has the leak. They never fixed the problem. The heated seats that they told me I had have never worked. My hazard lights don't work. Air conditioning a no go. -Trouble with buying a car in the winter is cold air blows when you turn on the air conditioning. When it finally gets warm, that's when you find out you need a new air compressor. And to be up to date, my car is currently in the shop needing complete suspension work. Basically the bills are now more than the car. Ultimate Rides is not a good business

Dealer response

This person has rough credit and falsified his credit application with the income, he also spoke to the owner about the situation with the not actual miles on the truck, gave him a full explanation of the situation being out of our hands for financing and still choses to say horrible things on the internet.

Dealer response

Getting parts for cars since covid has been nothing but nightmares for dealers, not sure how this deserves such a low review when if nobody has called we still dont have the parts.

Consumer response

If you don't have the vehicle ready to sell don't put it up on the site

Dealer response

Unfortunately thats not how business works. Cars will go on the site if they have been gone thru whether or not we have all the parts, People would rather know that something is coming available if thats what they are looking for.

Buyers beware...shady af

just nowNEW We went to ultimate rides for a 2007 Volkswagen GTI and after during test drive a check engine light came on so I had codes ran. It has a multi cylinder misfire and a misfire in 3&4. I also noticed my calipers were sticking and the rotors had heated up pretty significantly. They said they would fix it and had the car for an additional day. When I got the car you could tell the rotors had not been changed. After some digging I ended up replacing both back rotors, pads and a caliper. Then after 2 days of having the car my check engine light came on and it was that multi cylinder misfire and a misfire in 4. I replaced ALL the ignition coils and sparkplugs (3of the 4 spark plugs in the vehicle were different brands). Now I'm waiting for my front shocks and shock mounts to come in since the front passenger shock is junk. I did less work on my car I bought off of a private seller for $1800. I paid 7k for this car and regret it. Also I pad cash for the car and the guy helping me went to see if someone had change for a $20 and the receptionist said "Tell the customer to walk to Kwik trip and get change we don't have a xxxxing till here" Update: recently had it to a mechanic to find out what the squeaky belt was and it's the timing belt....plus it needs a dsg service, the front and rear springs are broke etc. We literally drove this car for 3 days before it going to a mechanic ...and now I'm looking at $2500 for the most important repairs...$7,000 to do them all. Go somewhere else to purchase a car. So much for ase certified mechanics and good customer service.

All repairs that we said we would do we did, we also asked this customer to bring the car in to us so we could look at the concerns and they never brought it in, some repairs would have been covered but they never brought it back.

Help please

After I bought car with a mak up in price not disclosed to me … I was told to bring it in for a part they ordered…. I did… I asked for the paper on repair … didn’t get it three days later EPC ands engine light on when bringing it to a local service center on way there thermostat light came on. Could not drive car. Notified dealer on several occasions and was told to bring car in for a cheaper estimate…. I couldn’t even drive it and now I was to pay to have it towed? Have been trying in vain to reach owner…. I see he reaches out on some of these comments so here’s my story only asking for help to make the car drivable

This customer decided to have the work done elsewhere when she was told we would take care of the repair for her.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware! Don't get ripped off. These are very shady and dishonest people. They tried to sell me a 12-year-old Toyota that had the miles rolled back from 238,000 miles to 99,000 miles. This is called odometer fraud.

DO NOT BUY HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD

I'm having issues fondulac branch so I called Appleton branch for an owner and went great. So I dropped car off and after I left got a phone call to pick up that appelton facility won't fix it so I asked for the owner Jeff a few times and he nowhere. When taking to Jeff there was an understanding as to why it was going by him in Appleton and no one would even get in touch with Jeff to see I'm correct. Instead the fondulac owner randy wants to join in on the crappiest service with the GM Tim and someone named kiel. Im reaching out to non affiliated with this company to be sure things are addressed correctly. My opinion DO NOT GO HERE it looks all nice but the company is ran like a pfratt house collage. Very self absorbed people. Meat market get em in, make them pretty and sell them safe or not!!

Tim and Kyle were great. They answered all our questions, had the vehicle ready to test drive, and took the time to go over all the features we were unfamiliar with. Though we didn't buy the car from them, I would not hesitate to go there again if they had a vehicle of interest.
