Dwayne McCrae, service consultant , was awesome.

Dwayne McCrae, service consultant , was awesome. He was able to determine a need for a software update to correct some faults. Highly attentive to my needs and he is very personable.

I had an appointment for a service call with a loaner

I had an appointment for a service call with a loaner car, when I arrived they said my service rep. was Dwayne and he was busy. I waited about 15 minutes for him and when we sat down he determined that since my car is only 1 yr old, all I needed was an A service which doesn't get me a loaner car (even though the vehicle itself said it needed a B service). He then told me that it would only take about an hour - give or take. I told him that I can only wait about an hour because I had to get to work and I have no patience. Well I waited TWO and HALF Hours for this service and I would have been there longer if I didn't scream my head off at him because my car was all finished and washed and he just let it sit there for no reason. This person doesn't care about his customers and takes his time to get anything done. I was told by another employee that he is by far the slowest service advisor that works there. Well after purchasing 5 cars from them, I will be taking my business elsewhere! DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I left my house keys in the car.

I left my house keys in the car. When I returned, I connected w Vish from sales who said he would assist me. He left me waiting in the heat for more than 20 mins & NVR returned. When I discussed it with him when I returned, he NVR took accountability for the mishap. This equates to a LOST sale when it’s time for me to purchase another car. I otherwise value and appreciate my service associate Dwayne McCrae and appreciate Quintin who both went above th call of duty to assist me.

Dwayne is the person who always takes care of my requests promptly in an excellent way! The last request was for road service of my older a Mercedes and I requested Fitzroy Whois always helpful!

Service and professionalism is the number one

Service and professionalism is the number one characteristic of this dealership. The dealership is beautiful and comfortable to wait. The staff is friendly and my service adviser Dwain is the best! It is a pleasure to go there !

I love this dealership's service department.

I love this dealership's service department. I have been with them since 2008. I am a loyal Merceders-Benz customer. Dwayne McCrae is my service person. Very professional, honest and accommodating. I am disabled and he is very accommodating to my disabilities. He makes sure the car is serviced correct and checks everything. He crosses the T's and dots all the I's for me. He is very kind and responsive. I live out East and the other dealerships have not been so nice to me, regarding my disability and they also have charged me for tires that should have been pro-rated. If you want a good service go to Massapequa and ask for Dwayne McCrae!
