minimum wait time and excellent service overall had been to other dealerships before and most of them were not that good as here in Massapequa Jay, our service advisor, is exceptionally courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in what he does and recommends Service level well corresponds to high class cars place highly recommended

Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. They called me in as par of an emission campaign. The van came back and the check engine light was on. I sent it back and as they were driving the van they claim the engine blew. The van was working before they started working on the emission and now the van has no engine. They are not taking any responsibility claiming it was a coincidence that the engine died under their care.

Albert Salib is phenomenal to work with. He is extremely experienced with the Mercedes Benz Product. His customer service skills are beyond compare. So much so, that my family and I have purchased a all our cars from him. He even takes care of the service appointments for us and there service team is great as well.
