The worst experience a customer can have.

The worst experience a customer can have. Diagnosed the vehicle wrong, time and time again. The service team claimed there was 25 quarts of oil in the engine. We drained the oil to find the exact amount of 9 quarts but the team would still not work on the car. In more detail their team is the last one who actually worked on the car due to a dead battery. The oil change happened in December, they changed the battery in January and I’ve been without a car since February due their misrepresentations to corporate Mercedes. After another mechanic got the car working they decided to state it was the oil filter instead of the amount of oil in engine. The engine “seized, unseized, and then seized again”. Both times the car stopped driving I had kids in the car. The dealership does not and won’t help. How can you buy a car or get service from someone who will diagnose a car wrong and then try to charge you for it?

I purchased a GLS550 from MB of Massapequa.

I purchased a GLS550 from MB of Massapequa. I was not local and depended on the salesperson (and sales manager) to accurately describe the vehicle. I asked both the sales person and manager if there were any cosmetic defects and they assured me the car was in near perfect shape except a "small scuff" on one wheel. I had the vehicle shipped to my location and upon receiving the vehicle there were several items not disclosed in regards to the cosmetic condition of the vehicle. One of the wheels entire surface had been apparently scrubbed with an SOS pad or something similarly abrasive. Two other of the wheels were very badly scuffed. The track pad for controlling the radio and other functions had a small crack in the middle of the trackpad. The drivers side arm rest had many small cuts or abrasions that had been concealed with some kind of black leather polish. These items should have been disclosed as they would have been a no go for the price that I paid for the vehicle. The purchase was a several days long process and I communicated at least a dozen times with the salesperson and manager and neither informed me of the defects. The cosmetic defects will be rather expensive make right otherwise when I trade or sell the vehicle these defects will surely negatively impact the value of the vehicle. Get it together MB of Massapequa! Treat your out of state buyers with honesty and integrity.
