The car buying process has been excellent. I called in one day, talked to Mr. Grant Jackson with all of my information and the next day he had me financed!!! Mr. Catalan worked the paperwork with the most excellent professionalism i have ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. I was in and out in enough time to get to my bible study. I will recommend FC Auto to anyone in the Washington DC area for excellent customer service because they get the job DONE!

I spent months searching online until I found FC Auto. They are a family owned dealership in Falls Church, Virgina. I live in Maryland so I was a bit skeptical about buying a car so far away from home. But the pictures were amazing and they had the best reviews around! The car was EXACTLY as advertised and I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the staff. The building itself was a little small but they made the best with the space they had. Guillermo carefully listened to our needs and worked magic with the banks to get us into this vehicle! He also helped us with the MD inspection. Grant was so helpful and accommodating with our schedule, he worked very hard finding the right warranty for us and got a bumper to bumper plan for the car at a price that we really were blown away by!! Now my wife can sleep at night, not worrying about anything happening to the car! LOL I really couldn't have asked for anything more in any way, shape, or form. They lived up to their reputation and then some!! I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. They really know how to find great cars and make them affordable for everyday people. I have wanted an Audi S-Line since forever and now I have one thanks to FC Auto. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle!! Simply put....AMAZING!

Nearly a month ago, I financed my 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid from FCauto. I had searched for a car with the best mpg, lowest cost, and lowest mileage. This search led me here.
