Let me list the things I liked about FC Auto: 1. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff 2. Kian was an amazing sales person and super patient with ALL my questions and follow ups 3. The company really seems to care about the customer before, during and after the sell. Now let me list the things I didn't like about FC Auto: 1. Nothing! Thanks Kian and FC Auto for your great customer service!

First, Let me say that my experience purchasing a car at Falls Church Auto was the most incredible experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The price on the Honda Civic was unbeatable. The car looked just as good in person, as it did on line. The car was detailed, the engine was clean and the test drive sold me. There was no haggling necessary. The three staff that I had direct contact with were Jay, Service/Inventory Manager who was the lead. Jay took me on the test drive, assisted me throughout the entire purchase, by the time we finished, felt like we were the best of friends!. Kian, who was the manager on duty. Kian prepared the paper work and even picked me up from the metro, so I didn't have to find someone to ride with me to pick up the car. I was actually able to pick up the car during my lunch hour. Finally lovely Yulia, who was a sweet as she could be. Yulia was responsible for taking care of the tags and title. Once she received all the necessary documents, I had my tags and title mailed directly to me within 10 days. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. Every one of them treated me with respect, held pleasant conversations and made me feel appreciated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Falls Church Auto to anyone looking for a nice car at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

I had an excellent experience buying a car at FC Auto. The employees very very respectful and courteous. I took the car for a test drive with my son -a mechanic with BMW- and saw minor issues with the car, thanks to his expertise. Upon learning our observations, the dealer set to work to correct the same issues, to include one that did not really needed to be repaired. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with FC Auto.

We were looking for a Ford Mustang for our son. Went online, searched, and sent out emails to various dealers. Of the seven dealers we emailed after hours, FC Auto was the first to respond (by next morning)! Guillermo and his staff were very nice, cordial, and attentive. My son and I went and we got to test drive the car but we did not buy the car that day. Not only were we not pressured into buying but also never took advantage of the fact that they were dealing with a woman and a teenager who knew very little about cars. We returned the next day with my husband and they were just as happy and cordial as the previous day. No attitude like some other dealers who clearly thought we were wasting their time! Even on the second day, we were not pressured into buying the car. Additionally, they let us take it for a pre-purchase inspection and we purchased the car on the third day after our mechanic gave it the thumbs up. Our mechanic said it was a great car and a great deal too! It was in great condition, clean, and had already passed Virginia inspection. Best of all it had all the ad-ins ? fully loaded with a great, expensive stereo system as well which was definitely a plus and deal breaker for our son. After it passed MD inspection, Guillermo processed the tags and titles for us for a small fee, which was helpful and saved us taking time off work to go sit at the DMV office. We are extremely happy with this purchase the entire process. I highly recommend FC Auto!

Guillermo was considerate, professional, and non-assertive in his approach as I considered a vehicle purchase. FC Auto's service rep, Jay, was equally committed to exceptional customer service and took his time explaining the service and performance considerations of a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. And their colleague, Kion, made the final sale a smooth and hassle-free process. Knowledgeable, professional, and honorable in their dealing with customers. That sums up my car buying experience with FC Auto.

Found BMW I was looking for at a good price. Called and asked how I could arrange to take the car to my mechanic to have it looked over which they encouraged and Jay even offered to drop it off to them once I made the appointment, which I thought was extremely nice considering it would have been hard for me to do with my conflicting work schedule. Car checked out for the most part and the few minor recommendations my mechanic found, (AC was cold but needed a charge/service & 2 tires) FC Auto agreed to take care of prior to me picking up my car and they did once we ironed out all the numbers. I showed up, looked and drove the car which felt awesome(had the performance pack), signed some papers, stocked a check and done in less than 45 minutes. Everything was literally done at my pace and via phone/email!!

Fantastic company - friendly, knowledgable, and straightforward integrity. I had a vehicle as a trade in, and Guillermo made the process extremely easy. He took a chance on my vehicle sight unseen, and I had to drive 3.5 hrs, so I put alot of trust in him, and he really came through. Their vehicles are excellent, and I am extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased, and at a fair price as well. I can highly recommend dealing with them.
