I was having my vehicle serviced and inquired about

I was having my vehicle serviced and inquired about selling. Cameron in the sales department advised he would look at it and get back in touch with me but never did. Marc from service advised the car was ready for pickup and once again I inquired about a price to sell. Was told Cameron would be contacting me back and as of today, he never has. Terrible experience

Overall my experience has been good with the service

Overall my experience has been good with the service department. One issue we often have is timely communication with our service rep. When we call the service department or the service reps cell phone it always goes to voicemail. Sometimes we don’t get a call back for days. We did appreciate the manager agreeing to fix our Air Conditioner under warranty. The AC has been worked on many times at this dealership since we purchased it and by the previous owner. It has been problematic and we are hopefully this repair will solve the issues with the system. Mark Youngsma is a friendly service rep and except for the communication issues has done a good job. I had a nail in my tire yesterday and Mark was able to get it fixed within a couple of hours for me.

I went in for a tire replacement. Mandy Walters always services me and makes me feel important! Great competent work from the repair technicians to Mandy's service and also the guy who took me to pick up the rental car.
