I would recommend Crown Audi to anyone! Their service department goes out of their way to accomodate the customer's needs. They are up front with the cost of work being done and how long it will take. Mandy and her team are the reason I will buy my next Audi from Crown.

I would like to recognize Audi Clearwater for their outstanding customer service and commitment to doing the right thing. I have been servicing my Audi vehicles at Audi Clearwater since 2021, despite living more than 40 miles away and having two other Audi dealerships much closer to my home. Most recently, I purchased a 2025 Audi Q5 from them, which only reinforced my confidence in their dealership and service department. During a recent service visit, an unfortunate incident occurred while my vehicle was being road tested by dealership personnel, resulting in a cracked windshield. To make matters more frustrating, I had just had the windshield professionally tinted the day before. While the situation was disappointing, what truly stood out was how Audi Clearwater handled it. After reviewing the circumstances, the dealership accepted responsibility for the damage and committed to replacing the windshield and reimbursing the cost of having the windshield tint reinstalled. The Service Director, Todd Emery, personally communicated with me, listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and ensured that the matter was resolved fairly and professionally. Anyone can provide good service when everything goes according to plan. What distinguishes a great dealership is how they respond when challenges arise. Audi Clearwater demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of the way this matter was handled, I remain a loyal Audi Clearwater customer and will continue to trust them with both the purchase and service of my vehicles. I highly recommend Audi Clearwater to anyone looking for a dealership that values its customers and stands behind its work. Thank you to the entire Audi Clearwater team for making this right and for continuing to provide the level of service that has earned my business for years.

Brought our 2023 A4 in for 30k service and wheel alignment. Because we’re 50 miles away we reserved a loaner. My wife mentioned to Marc, our service advisor, that she loved the new 2026 Q3. He immediately said do you want one for the loaner? He called over Chloe Edwards, a Q3 sales specialist, and she brought up a new Q3 with 9 miles on it for an overnight trial. AMAZING VEHICLE!!! A definite sale when we finally move to the area in a few months - Chloe had the trade-in numbers worked out next day and they made sense. Kudos to the dealership for hiring these young people with great business savvy!

My husband and I have consistently had excellent experiences with the services here at Audi dealer, particularly working with Mandy Walters. She was incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met, and more importantly, she is incredibly sweet and truly professional.

I had a great experience. Nick Triplett took good care of my car. He kept me informed along the way. Mandy, the service manager, is excellent and always on top of things. The waiting facilities are comfortable and supplied with snacks.

I called the service department and immediately was taken care of. Breanna Holding, my service agent, was on top of everything. She got my car diagnosed quickly, an estimate quickly sent via text and work done N.Y. the afternoon. On pickup Breana notice the car, which had been washed, was “ dusty” so she drove it back to be washed again. Outstanding service and attention to detail!
