Audi Clearwater Service
The service at Crown Audi of Clearwater was excellent. Needed a 4 year inspection and new tires. They did a great job right on time. Mandy Walters has been my service rep and one of the reasons I stay with Audi and your dealership.

Disorganized, Understaffed, and Inexperienced
This dealership sold us a problem plagued Audi Q5 with 50k miles and can't seem to get it right. The car has stranded us twice and has required several trips to the shop. In their defense, they have honored their warranty. The problem is that it takes them 3 to 4 weeks to schedule a repair after the check engine light comes on. By that time the car will probably break down... which it has. Once they have the car, they take a long time to diagnose a problem, take twice as long to fix it, and the same problem never really goes away. And now that we want to get rid of this dumb car we can't, because we have to wait weeks for Audi's service department to look at the check engine light. The trust is that every car repair waiting room is full of people with broken cars or waiting for maintenance. The Audi waiting room is tense, waiting for the next shouting match to break out. I honest don't know why anybody would get their car serviced by them.

Great experience!
Amy Sizemore was very diligent and professional throughout the selling process. She was on top of all the details and took care of delivering the vehicle as promised. The staff at the Dealership was very courteous and we are incredibly happy with our new vehicle. Will do business with Crown and Amy again!
