He was very responsive, provided great insight into the vehicle location and purchase process, as we were trying to find a "needle in a haystack" configuration of the Grand Highlander that wouldn't be easy to find. He managed to find and secure a vehicle for us in far less time than we expected, kept us updated throughout the build process, and was very accommodating when we were juggling schedules to actually get the deal done once the car came in. I will definitely be coming back to Rommel for any future car purchases.
