Quick service with customer care! I was VERY impressed with Adam in the service department. My 2022 Rav4 was stuck in park.I called and they took it promptly via a tow. Adam researched and knew what the problem was and had the part in stock.What impressed me so much that they shuttled me to work and dropped my car back to me at work. Taking the stress off me. Many times we have reservations about car dealerships but what I noticed was a team of regular working folk doing a good job at servicing customers! Being in retail for over 20 yrs,I recognized the A+ effort by all I came in contact with.From Adam (with a GREAT handshake) to the driver who gave me a ride to the delivery gentlemen all terrific. So moving forward YES I will give this service dept my business ! THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TOOK CARE OF ME,

Two stars only because my sales person, Lisa was friendly
Two stars only because my sales person, Lisa was friendly and easy to work with and because the buying process was arguably quick and easy. Also, Jarrin, the finance manager, was efficient, presented the "extras" like a warranty, GAP insurance, etc. but when declined wasn't pushy and moved on immediately. In fact, this could be a five star review if not for three things that I personally found ridiculous and if they didn't happen to have the perfect used vehicle for me I would have walked away. 1. Don't bother getting pre-approved through your credit union or bank. Outside financing is not welcome even if you show up with a cashiers check. This wouldn't be so bad if they worked with local credit unions but they don't, at least not with mine who is well established in the community. Mostly an annoyance though and this alone wouldn't have caused me to walk away. 2. IKON Vehicle Security... they effectively force this $500 line item on you. They claim it is a value add for you but really it is for their benefit when it comes to "vehicle recovery" and they just pass the cost on to you. They did drop this to $324 for me which I was willing to do as they "had already installed it" leading me, and I'm sure others, to infer this was installed in such a way that is not easily reversed. The reality is I was able to remove the device in under 2 minutes, I simply popped the hood, loosened the battery terminals and popped the device off the battery where it had been stuck with 3M double sided tape. Absolute lack of real transparency on this device and the unwillingness to just pop it out of the vehicle and remove the line item fully is just bad business. The device is also a massive privacy concern; I reviewed the T&Cs to set your IKON account up, you are required to give them permission to use your data for whatever purpose and sell your data to anyone without restriction. 3. Nitrogen tire fill at $250 that you can't decline because they've already done it. They did reduce this to $195 which is still absolutely ridiculous. If this is an option people want to pay for they absolutely should be able to, but if you don't want it then you shouldn't have to buy it, simple as that.

I don’t have any sales experience with this dealership, only service. Quality of work is good. Service advisers are flaky and the customer check-in process can be highly frustrating. I had the front and rear brakes replaced. I found the pricing to be fairly competitive, assuming true Toyota parts were used.
