Oil change

I was there for a oil change and didn’t have an appointment. They fitted me right in. Helpful staff, nice and clean waiting area. 👌

Brake check

Went in for 50k checkup, left with proper rotors and brake pads. Third party did a quick and cheap job that could have caused an accident

>200,000 mile service

Ira Toyota is the only place I have my 2013 Prius serviced because I purchased it there and I trust the techs and service Dept personal. This time I had the pleasure of working with Mike Pucillo who was excellent at explaining everything to me and taking care of everything my car needed. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the speed with which my car’s service was completed.

My experience buying a car through your dealership was nothing short of delightful. Down to my sales consultant chuck benedict to the finance manager bel richez and also the sales manager Peter. I’ll definitely buy another car through you guys and recommend anybody as well. You guys were extremely professional, accommodating and made the whole experience fantastic. A1 service guys continue to keep up the great work. I really appreciate you guys going above and beyond for me to get into my Camry at the price point that worked for me. You guys all deserve raises!!! You guys rock!!!!

Mike was great and super helpful he explained my options very well and restored by faith in the car buying process. Although I didn’t buy a car I am far more ready than I was before. When I’m ready to get ny next vehicle Mike will definitely be the guy I go to! Awesome guy not pushy would recommend to anyone!

Chuck was great and understanding. He asked me what i was looking for in car. And Was able to get me into the car i fell inlove with. He was very patient with me especially since i had not one but both my kids with me. So satisfied with my 2020 Corolla

Thrilled with Ira’s service!

As usual I had service done on my vehicle here, most of which was covered under my warranty, and as I expected, everything was handled very well with exceptional costumer service from Jenny. We had to use a car rental and the girl who handled that matter was polite and very accommodating as well. We loved our rental. the most surprising and helpful bit was picking up our vehicle to find that they had cleaned the interior and vacuumed the front and back of the car. I have two grandchildren that had left it a disaster so we couldn’t have been happier to see how beautiful of a job they did. it made our day!!

Great expirience

We had purchased my first car a long while ago from toyota. After an accident totaled it I was nervous to have to find another vehicle.It was a pleasure purchasing our car with Mr. Fennelly. He was very considerate to our needs and we appreciated his help immensely. I will be recommending him and the toyota team in the future.
