I had a great experience with the service I received recently. I came in for an oil change and wanted my tire pressures checked. The place was busy but was still waited on promptly. My service advisor Michelle, was extremely helpful. On inspection of my car, they found that my rear breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. When Michelle went over the costs involved, I told her I couldn't really afford it today due to being retired and on a fixed income. She left to go check on something and returned with a couple of coupons that would apply to my total bringing it down to a more reasonable price that I could afford. Michelle was so wonderful to deal with. I almost always get good service but not always told about current coupons. Michelle went an extra mile for me and I am forever grateful.

The "why" is because the work was explained to me with much patience. I was shown a picture of the work that had to be changed.

They were curious to me. Iwas was given an estimate of the time it would take for the state inspection and the car was ready in half the time.

Personable service ... Fair price... No pressure sales approach from Matt Lewis made negotiations stress free .. Convientent close to home location... my test drive was hassle free
