Franny got me into a new sienna hybrid so I could have

Franny got me into a new sienna hybrid so I could have peaceful and elegant transportation for my grand children. He really 'sold' my 4yo one day when we were in getting my Rav4 serviced. Franny took great care of me and my family! He went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of! Thank you Franny for great experience at Toyota of Manchester!

I went to Ira Toyota of Manchester in search of a new car

I went to Ira Toyota of Manchester in search of a new car in 2023, but car dealerships were having a hard time keeping new cars in stock. The salesman, Keith Osowaki, was able to find me a used Corolla, fresh off a 2 year lease, that had very low mileage. I've been bringing it there for all of my maintenance. They're very courteous & knowledgeable. If they find something wrong with your car when you're in for routine maintenance, they send you a text with a photo so you can see what the problem is & know that they're not just trying to get more money from you for an unnecessary service. I highly recommend them!

I brought my Toyota Highlander in for a warranty repair

I brought my Toyota Highlander in for a warranty repair of a faulty usb outlet. Apple Carplay and Android Auto would not stay connected. If the connecting cord was so much as bumped, it would disconnect. The service center did a recommended update to the radio, and claimed it was fixed. They clearly did not bother to test the actual usb outlet, because as soon as I got in my car and attempted to connect, it had the same exact issue. Complete waste of a morning and now I have to take it back in to actually get it fixed.

My issue was with the communication regarding a ride to pick up my car.it was very stressful. They texted my car was ready but did not respond when I texted back or called and left a message.

Very frustrating to bring in my car for a repair, be told

Very frustrating to bring in my car for a repair, be told it's fixed, get in my car, and the problem is absolutely not fixed. Clearly no one even bothered to check if the problem was resolved after the supposed repair.

Excellent customer service! Kristopher and a member of Finance stayed late to make sure I got what I went in for at the price I wanted. I would recommend Ira Toyota to anyone and would choose them over any major dealership.

I worked with Rommel Blackburn and my experience was flawless . Rommel was able to meet my needs in the vehicle and price I wanted and his communication with me was great.
