Danielle was awesome.

Danielle was awesome. When the recommended service was going to require longer than expected she set up a rental car for me. Repairs were completed on the new timeline and at the quoted rate.

This place claims to be a no haggle dealership but then

This place claims to be a no haggle dealership but then tries to charge you for these ridiculous fees. $500 to fill your tires with nitrogen, $600 for a geo-tag, $175 registration fee. Then they tried to low-ball us on our trade-in claiming that the brakes on our trade-in were rusty. It was all B.S. and we called their bluff so they eventually removed these charges as we held firm and we eventually got a good price on a car. They definitely try to take advantage of people who are not savvy car buyers.

It?

It?s just way too slow. I moved to Manchester. I?m originally from Haverhill and it?s just way too slow. I?m not used to sitting in three and four hours at a time to wait on oil change and rotation of tires. This is not the first time that happened to me happened to me I sat at three hours and I decided to get up and go get my vehicle and leave and I went into. Jaffarian they?re quicker they keep you on point and let you know exactly what?s going on with your car immediately not two hours in. Their pace is not for everyone.
