They can be trusted

went in for my 80k service. John came back to me in less time than they had said to tell me they had found some minor other issues and did I want them done as well. Unlike my former dealership, I have NEVER worried about being tickled and died by Ira Toyota when I bring in my care. The extra work was also done in less time than they had anticipated. Its truly great to be able to trust them

Fast and Easy

Fast and easy...just the way I like it. Yes, it was just a state inspection but you're off to a good start. Let's hope you keep it that way. Love the fact that I can come in as early as 7:00AM. That way the rest of the day is mine.

Recent Service

Jenny was my service advisor and she helped me get a good deal on a new set of tires. She also arranged for service on an air bag recall as well as getting my annual inspection. She arranged for a shuttle for me andbthe work was completed ahead of schedule. The final cost was a bit lower than the estimate too. I've been a long time customer and will continue to get my service at Ira.

job well done

sensors needed to be replaced on my 2004 Camry and the service dept did the job within a tow hour time frame which was appreciated.as I had a doctor's appointment shortly thereafter. I am not associated with any other dealership or service center

2019 Tundra Purchase

Great experience. Salesman Kevin McAllister was friendly and extremely helpful with the purchase. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Kevin. I wish we could have come to terms on my trade-in.

Service & Repair

Brought car in for 30k miles service, state inspection, outside mirror repair and bumper repair. Due to parts required I had to return next two day to get repairs completed.

came in for inspection and oil change

service was fine and waiting was comfortable, clean and quiet for my reading purposes coffee and snack items enjoyed. that's all I am going to say.
