Quick and easy

The Service Advisor was polite and knowledgeable. Getting the tires rotated and oil and filter changed (along with the top-offs, etc.) was quick and easy.

Quick,efficient, and courteous

Adam was tops when it comes to customer service. He was friendly and courteous. I would definitely come back again. I would recommend Manchester Toyota to friends and family

Consistently excellent service!

My service advisor, Adam, was helpful and friendly. My car was in for state inspection and I had a very short wait and an overall pleasant experience.

Great service

The service providers are always helpful and friendly. My remote starter works great and was installed within the time estimated. I’ve been leasing from Toyota for years & plan to continue for years to come.

Professional all the way...

... from making an appointment to the actual service experience. My service advisor is always professional, clearly explains everything and her estimate of the time it will take is always accurate. Because of my service experiences, I already know that I will plan to work with this dealership later this year as my lease will be up.

Went to dealer and 2 hours had a new car.

Salesman was great, business manager was great and dealer manager came over several times and helped to give us ideas to make the deal better for us.

Excellent and hassle free

Yuriy went above and beyond the call of duty.. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the car details. I will be back to purchase future vehicles . I wouldn't hesitate to refer future customers there. I ended up at IRA because my friend Sarah Spates recommended IRA to me. She bought a Rav4 in June of 2018. She talked me into visiting IRA and I'm glad she did. I would like to thank Yuriy Again for hid expertise and smooth transaction. I would like to also thank charles Goodwin for going over all the paperwork and last , but not least Rick Despres for introducing himself and entertaining myself and husband. Quick and easy

I received an email notification that I was due for a 80,000 mile service. I made the reservation online two days prior. I did notice there was no option for 80k service, so I selected oil change and tire rotation. Arrived ahead of scheduled time but service tech took my truck in early which was much appreciated. The inspection went quickly and the service tech kept me informed with service recommendations. I did not feel pressured to have additional work done which I appreciate. My only complaint is when scheduling online the oil change was listed at $24.99, but listed on my bill $77. The service tech told me the discount would show on my final bill but it wasn’t. I unfortunately didn’t realize this until I got home
