Wonderful service
Made an appointment to have our new Camry installed with a remote starter. They worked as quickly as they could to have it installed so we could leave. It was nice to just sit in the clean waiting room with free coffee, snacks and 3 TVs.

Simple, smart, sharp, kind, funny, easy
I went looking for a 2015 white Sienna on a Sunday. I drove three of them - one a 2018 White Sienna. Salesperson (Elizabeth) was outstanding. Patient. Astute. Explained things clearly. Went to her manager to help make the deal work. Just as pleasant and as articulate as could be. Finance and general managers were warm, helpful, flexible - wanted to make things happen in a way that worked for me. Just seemed like "good guys." Today I am happily driving my brand new white Sienna which the group made possible by coming up with a great lease program. A word of caution - the car is so quiet that I went into my office and came out twenty minutes later only to realize it was still running!!! NEVER have had that happen before! Fabulous first two visits. Thanks, all.

Bought a Great New Rav 4!
Although buying a car can be tedious and take longer than we would like, the attention paid and comfortable environment provided are very welcomed at Ira Toyota. Early service appt.
I was close to my service time and was able to get a same day appt. for my Venza 50,000 mile service. Went a little longer than anticipated (1 hr 30 min) but all the work was done and the service advisor was ver helpful.
