I wasn't' t looking forward to the "process' of buying a

I wasn't' t looking forward to the "process' of buying a new car. They have by far the best selection of available cars, and was treated with patience in the decision process. However once the deal was done, a switch flipped and I felt very rushed and dismissed in some of my questions and concerns.

I thought the service was excellent!

I thought the service was excellent! My particular advisor was very, prompt, attentive, courteous, friendly, and informative. I also like the video that you guys present after the service is completed, along with a basic rundown/itemization of the services. It helps a lot, in All honesty, letting me know that I’m doing well in taking care of my car. That is to say, it makes me feel good when the car is in good shape. Give me a little bit of a sense of pride Know that the car is in good shape, and why that is the case the case, And your serve e Staff obviously makes effort to explain all of that. So,, thanks again! It may take a bit longer than the 15 – minute quick service stations We have these days, but it is worth it! You guys don’t cut corners. Regards, David K.

Great service. Looking for a used Tacoma with the extras and was able to get it all done same day. Truck wasn’t even on the lot yet recent trade in. Test drove. They cleaned took my trade with reasonable offer and I was out the door

Speedy, friendly service

My car was due for its 15k service and it was nice to have an IRA rep reach out to set it up. The service tech was very friendly and I was even provided a video text showing the inspection.

Showed up for my 7:15 appointment and I Was quoted

Showed up for my 7:15 appointment and I Was quoted roughly 1 hour for an oil change and state inspection and it took over 3.5 hours. If someone updated me I would have ubered and done something else with my morning while I waited instead of wasting my entire morning.
