To be honest they never heard anything back from them

To be honest they never heard anything back from them about the Mazda cx5 I was interested in and inquired about. Very disappointed.

Poor service.

The online part was straightforward. However, once people got involved, it went to xxxx. They called me six times to confirm the same information. Set up delivery for Friday at 6 pm and received a text at 4:30 pm saying they had to cancel. I moved on as it was going downhill fast. I would not recommend this dealer in Fayetteville, N.C.

I ordered a truck online, got a loan, put the vehicle on my insurance and waited for delivery. After multiple attempts to contact the dealership, transferred phone calls, rude people and multiple hang ups, on day three I got oh we sold that truck, “did you have your eye on another vehicle”. I got a patronizing apology from corporate.

Wonderful Experience

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car. Our Salesman was super helpful and was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. The cars were from two different brands on two different platforms and he offered sound reviews and advice on both. It was super convenient to be able to sit in any car on the lot. The financing process was easy as well. Overall very happy with my car and experience.

Thank You Michael!

We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.

If less than 1 star was an option, that's what I would select. I'm on my 3rd vehicle with them. 1st experience. Absolutley wonderful. I recommend them to everyone. Best car buying experience I ever had. Had a few problems with the vehicle. They were quick 2 fix them under warranty and gave me alternate transportation while the repairs were performed. Unfortunately the vehicle was wrecked and I had to get another. Of course, I go back to them. Had a pretty good experience at first. The salesman was great. Price was a little higher but still a decent payment for $0 down. I ended up having a bunch of problems. Some of which I had to argue. There was a worm plug in one of the tires. They argued with me about it. Said it was a professional patch. They said they'd put 2 tires on the back though because they were causing a shake. I go down to look at it. It has new tires on the front and 2 tires on the back that were not on the van. And one of them has a patch. I checked all of the tires at my own shop. There was nothing stopping with any of them. They were very decent. Just one had a worm plug. All and all after arguing for weeks, 4 new tires were installed. Argued for weeks on a headlamp lens that had excessive, pooling moisture in it. They said it's normal as long as the headlight dries it out and could not duplicate it. I came to pick it up, there's moisture in the headlamp. I take a picture and bring them out and they finally take care of it. The biggest problem is the transmission/ shuttering. It started with a check engine light and a torque converter problem. I got a new torque converter, then a transmission. Had to leave work to go to hendrick dodge to show them what it's doing because they couldn't duplicate it. This whole thing has been going on from basically day 1. I got the vehicle in August/sept 2018. Its now close to the end of January. I've had the vehicle maybe a total of 3 weeks added up over the time. I want to say, hayle in service is wonderful. She called me everyday and tried her best to make the best of the situation. She had to deal with a lot in this situation and did a great job. She deserves a raise. Anyways, I've made my payments on or ahead of time every month. Now, after all of this time, I say enough is enough and agree to get out of this vehicle and in to something different. I find a vehicle the have to get shipped in. Once we selected, I try to get the ball moving so the loans aren't banging heads and messing up my finance options. The whole time, no one is on the same page. I have to keep re explaining myself. Finally they call me, to get me on the line, to get my payoff info. Get told they'll take payments I've made and apply them to the new loan. Ok. Awesome. I shouldn't have to show that I'm thankful and have them throw it in my face like I owe them something now. I was inconvenienced for months, i should be getting something. But, ok, can we get the ball moving. So, the existing loan is paid off for me to get better financing options. I get told it'll get taken care of. And if there's an issue, a manager will call the finance company, to explain the situation. After about 2 weeks of this. The vehicle is finally ready. I want to start by saying Deaven Barnes was a great salesman and did his job proficiently. Anyways, we get to the finance portion. Come to find out, my loan hasn't been paid yet. I've never needed a down payment for a vehicle. They have me 3 options. 2 with down payments and 1 for $0 down but $700 a month. The vehicle I have now, was $0 down, roughly the same cost, a little less but, I also traded in a car I owed on. So, it came out about the same. We the Michael the manager in. This mess comes in, right off the bat, in a passive aggressive manner. Telling me there's nothing they could do. More worried about closing up for the night. I asked if they could h

The Easy Button

Buying from CarMax was by far the easiest car purchase I ever had...I knew what i wanted before hand. Even when i changed my mind and went with a different Mazda3 in a different location...getting it delivered with easy as pie...No wheeling and dealing, no running back and forth to a "Finance Manager" for approvals, and no stare down matches with the salesperson. I filled out the paper work and it was a done deal. I will be shopping there again whenever it is time for my next car. I am happy with my purchase.
