This is the worst Service team ever. You need to get rid of all of your mechanics and staff and start over. People do not buy or especially take your vehicle for service at this location. People are rude, slow and just don't care, including Carmax Corporate.

2007 Escalade was a hurricane sandy victim
Carmax sold a 2007 escalade to us that looked brand new on the outside and when I looked under the hood and undercarriage I found nothing but salt water rust. After further investigation we found out the truck had been sitting in 2' of water during hurricane sandy. We returned the truck to Carmax and after much grief and 2 weeks we finally got our money back. Of course Carmax put that truck right back up for sale with no mention of the rust in the engine compartment or undercarriage. Buyer beware the truck I am speaking of is a 2007 black Escalade with 18,721 miles. DO NOT BUY THIS TRUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are seriously delusional.
I called this dealer about a Subaru WRX STI with just under 5k miles listed on here I was interested in. I believed the price of $35,998 to be a misprint as I could get a brand new version of the same exact car for $33,500. The guy I spoke with on the phone argued with me saying we don't have one of those cars. Then he said, " Oh yes we have a No Haggle price on that car of $35,998" No Haggle? Give me a break. Carmax is nothing but a predatory auto sales chain only concerned with working over the ignorant guy. Do not do business with these people.
