My consultant was a champ. Turns out I was his first car sale. It was a little bumpy, but throughout the whole process this guy stayed calm, cool, and collected. He asked his team for help when he had some software issues, he asked for direction on processes. I was impressed with his can do attitude. The Carmax experience with ordering the car and then scheduling an appt was easy and went as planned. The sales guy is what we will remember most.

My appointment with dealership was great. Consultants gave me great information on a vehicle trade in and buying a newer model. It only took one week to receive the vehicle from Newport News to finalize the deal.

I don't know how to feel. Everybody is pretty professional and everybody is saying and doing the right things. However, bought my car on a Saturday and took it back on Sunday because of problems with the vehicle. They gave me loaner and my car is currently getting fixed. I haven't had my vehicle a day yet and IDK, how I should feel.
