My appointment with dealership was great. Consultants gave me great information on a vehicle trade in and buying a newer model. It only took one week to receive the vehicle from Newport News to finalize the deal.

I don't know how to feel. Everybody is pretty professional and everybody is saying and doing the right things. However, bought my car on a Saturday and took it back on Sunday because of problems with the vehicle. They gave me loaner and my car is currently getting fixed. I haven't had my vehicle a day yet and IDK, how I should feel.

Scott was very knowledgeable about Jeeps and provided a lot of good information. He ensured that two minor issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The entire process was very fast and easy.
