I recently purchased a car from Ed Napleton. I’ve never purchased a Honda before and was thrilled with the straight forward approach by the sales team. Mike and his Manger John, we’re knowledgeable and consultative, and the business manager, Mary, was excellent as well. I have purchased probably 10 cars from 6 or 7 dealers over the past 30 years and I can say that the Ed Napleton team is top notch, the whole experience was painless and quick.

Buying a car is not easy. In fact, it can be one of the most stressful things a person can do. During my most recent car buying phase, I’ll admit, I was all kinds of stressed thinking about it. What kind of car should I be looking at, what will the car payments look like, should I finance or lease. This was a whirlwind of information that I was not ready for. That’s where Michael Klein came in. He made the car buying experience so easy and stress free. Whether it was his vast knowledge of the auto inventory at the dealership. Or his ability to explain all the different options in a way that I could clearly understand. Or just his overall demeanor, the guy just knows how to make people feel at home. And that’s important. I would highly recommend working with Michael Klein to anyone looking for a car. He makes things fun and interesting; not boring like some other dealerships I’ve been to. Mike, Eric, and John took great car of me. There are some dealerships that seem shady and are untrustworthy but this one didn't give me any reason to not trust them. They told the truth about everything, and didn't try to sneak anything by me. I love my new truck, if I buy a car down the road, I will for sure come here first to see what they have. I bought a used 2001 Dodge Dakota sport. It is a silver truck, and when I opened the hood, I cold not believe my eyes when I saw how clean everything under it was. I was also amazed when looking at the body of the truck that had maybe 1 or 2 scratches or dents, and had barely any rust on the bottom of the truck. No rust on the bottom of the doors. For a 17 almost 18 year old truck it was in amazing shape! I personally don't have any expierance with buying new vehicles from this dealership, but my dad has bought a few, and he had no problems with the vehicles. I would and will recommend this dealership to friends and family, and anyone else that tells me they are looking for a vehicle.

GG was very accommodating and helpful during my purchase. He took his time and was able to work with me to make sure everything was taken care of.

I have very high praise for John Syriana (General Sales Manager) and Gerald Griffin (Salesperson) who goes by GG. I am an experienced car buyer and I can say very confidently that you can't find a more genuine individual in both John and GG. And the best deal to boot! They are truly a pleasure to do business with. I know they have mine.
