I took my suv in for my free oil change and tire

I took my suv in for my free oil change and tire rotation. Great service very friendly. I sat comfortably and drank coffee while I waited. I'm a repeat customer and we have 2 cars from here.

Poor Quick lube

The buying process went well. What I don't like is they need a quick lube. You shouldn't have to schedule a oil change a month in advance. Rutine maintenance oil changes, filters, tire rotation should be handled by a quick lube. I want all my records kept at the dealership so that if I have a problem the information is there for the factory warranty and my extended warranty. This is ridiculous. Also a very poor waiting area. Come on guys get with the times.

Poor service and management not responsive

I was previously impressed with Gutman's customer and brought a lot of business to them. I even brought my son in law to Gustman to purchase a certified used CRV. We purchased a warranty for an additional price. The AC went out multiple times over the first 2 years. The service department was rude and just kept recharging the AC vs looking for and repairing the leak. This required my son in law to take time off work which was costly and inconvenient. The service department would say "just give it two weeks". After the two weeks the AC was not repaired and they would not get him back in to fix until 1-2 more weeks has passed. My son in law was getting fed up with having to return multiple times for the same issue (which is still not repaired). As he trusted Gustman based on my recommendation, I swapped vehicles with him for the past 9 days so that he could have AC during the hot summer month. I opted to drive his car with no AC. Nine days ago I e mailed Gustman to discuss the matter and give them a chance to answer my complaint. The next day I received am email that they were closed but would respond to me during the next business day. I have yet to be contacted by Gustman regarding my complaint of poor customer service. Their lack of response has verified my son in laws complaint of poor service. I will no longer be referring customers to Gustman.

October 19, 2020. $389 fluid flush and tire rotati

Left three Lugnuts out of five off my wheel and promised to compensate me for Lugnuts lost and tire rotation and oil changes for my trouble. Two weeks later I had to remind them of my loss. Scott said he forgot about me. Called Tim the general manager, and he would look into it. Scott called me three days later, And said he did not forget me. I should be patient. Eight days later sent me a check for $18.69 for Lugnuts, and no more. My families life and mine was in jeopardy for three weeks before the problem was found. There blasé and cavalier attitude to my safety has emblazoned me and my family to put them in the forefront with the Better Business Bureau, The Internet, in my neighborhood in the city of Appleton and Outagamie County to jeopardize my family for $389

Not pushy, yet knowledable. Helpful. Pleasant experience. After my visit they followed up and again were not pushy while providing the additional information I had asked for.

Knowledgeable Salespeople

Nathan was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable and gave me an informative overview of the car. We were able to work together on a price, which was better than many dealerships I visited. Plus, the car is amazing too!

Gotta go to Gustman for cars and service!

My wife and I hav bought 5 vehicles from Gustman over the past several years (2 in the last year). This is a high quality dealership with amazing people (Alan in sales is the best!), competitive pricing, and no "car dealership nonsense" -- just honest, open, trustworthy people in sales and in service.

Rude and condescending

Went in to look at and possibly purchase a new vehicle by myself at the recommendation of friends. They were willing to give me a decent amount for my trade in but were off on the price for the new car (which was the incorrect model). When questioned, the salesman was shocked and offended that I would dare ask about the price on the wrong model car. He insisted they beat the other dealer in price. The other dealer was asking for less than what I would pay @ Gustman... before my trade-in. Told him I needed to think about it and was spoken to in a very condescending manner. "Well, if you want to drive around and waste your time looking for a better price, that's up to you. I'm not going to hold the car for you." Will be looking elsewhere.

Poor Business Practice

Unfortunately, my first experience with Gustman will also be my last experience with them without even stepping foot on their lot. I contacted them about test driving a vehicle and received an email response rather timely and we set up a time to test drive said vehicle. The next day I was contacted that I could not drive the vehicle because it was in the shop getting new brakes and it may take a few days. My next appointment could not be completed because the vehicle was still not ready. I set up another appointment and then received an email that the vehicle was already sold. What? Sold off the lift or what? I was very disappointed that they would have pulled that kind of stunt on me. They had the tenacity to ask if I wanted to look at a different vehicle. What would make me think that they wouldn't pull the same cheap shot like they did with the first vehicle and sell that one out from underneath me, too? To me, that is poor customer service and poor business practice. Sorry Gustman but your business is only as good as your weakest link.
