My experience at Holiday GMC was incredibly positive from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating an atmosphere that felt welcoming rather than pushy. I was particularly impressed that there were no hard sales tactics or deceptive pricing schemes; everything was transparent from the beginning. When it came to my trade-in, they offered me a fair price that reflected its true value, which I greatly appreciated. The entire process was surprisingly efficient?I completed the paperwork, vehicle inspection, and finalization in under three hours. I had my own financing secured beforehand, and at no point did the team pressure me to consider their financing options. This respectful approach allowed me to feel comfortable and in control of my decisions. Jona, my sales representative, was especially helpful. He went above and beyond by staying late on a Saturday evening just to ensure that everything was finalized comfortably and correctly. His dedication made a significant difference in my overall experience. In summary, working with Holiday GMC was a pleasure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.

Best experience I have ever had with any dealership. The salesman I worked with was professional, friendly, and transparent during the entire process, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend both Abel or Seth, to everyone.

The service department at Holiday Chevrolet is always easy to deal with. They provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, along with friendly smiling faces. Whether you are scheduling and appointment, picking up your vehicle or standing face to face with a problem the staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Joel is always helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and great to deal with. We have a couple of dealerships close to home, but we choose to drive the 45 minutes to Holiday for service and because of that service, they will continue to get our business when purchasing our new vehicles. Just bought a new 2024 equinox rs, have issues with the

Just bought a new 2024 equinox rs, have issues with the CarPlay skipping and freezing up a few times. I took a video showing it froze up when trying to push the buttons. Dropped it off explaining to them it happened at random times and I gave them the video to show the issue. They had 3 full days with it and nothing, went to pick it up and they say they could duplicated the issue so they can’t do anything. Even with the video proof it’s messed up I’m stuck with the radio. Paid over $40k and they won’t replace the radio. The manager was listening to our conversation and he actually said to me sorry it’s happening to you but we can’t do anything about it! $40k and that’s how they treat their customers? Their customer service is a joke!!!

Unless you’re going to replace my radio, I want nothing to do with your dealership. Have a manager speak to me the way he did that would be the only way I would ever step foot in there
