My sales rep was really good, I liked my purchase the day

My sales rep was really good, I liked my purchase the day of. The next day found out my tail lights didn’t work. Took two weeks to get the tail lights fixed. 2 months later I need to use the warranty. HEADSTART WARRANTY GROUP is a FREAKING joke! It took four months to get proper approval to get my car fixed. Sharpest Rides won’t even offer other warranty companies that are competent. Apparently their cars are not worth buying if you need the warranty after two MONTHS.....do your research before buying here.

I've traditionally had poor experiences in used cars

I've traditionally had poor experiences in used cars sales lots in the past, so it was with some slight trepidation I headed out to The Sharpest Rides. Immediately I was put at ease and I have Andre to thank for it. Courteous and patient, it took a few days, but finally landed on my daughters first dream car and we both couldn't be happier. I also got to meet and talk to Paul, who ensured that not only did I feel like I was the most important customer on the day, but that the deal I wanted was made a reality. Car buying aside, Paul is one of those unique people that you could talk to for hours, but we had a car to buy! So I highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a quality used car, head to The Sharpest Rides, ask for Andre and ask to be introduced to Paul also. You wont be disappointed!
