Excellent customer service from French LaTour who made sure I found the car I loved. Also, my elderly mother was with me so we could make sure she could get in easily and her walker fit. He made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone was friendly and helpful...and there wasn't any pressure to buy a particular car. I am thoroughly pleased with my new car and this dealership.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Nelson. He helped us look for a good running and reliable truck for my husband. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful! We got a fair price with incredible service from start to finish! All staff here were very helpful!

Bought the car in 2024 first week transmission ran out stood in shop 3 months car continued to run bad now I need a engine computer chip because coolant got in chip now afraid to drive car because it's a 4500 cost which also sharpest Ride said I had extended warranty which would cover cost now I'm screwed I already paid out 3 grand to fix coolant and over heating any to suggestions Mr Sharp oh I'm on disability all I wanted was a good car🙏

If I could give a 0 star I would. Sharpest Rides is a predatory establishment. They sell vehicles with massive issues and then say they will give a warranty but the warranty is total xx. I purchased a 2018 GMC from Sharpest Rides on March 29th. It has need to be fixed 3 separate times since purchasing it. The second time it needed fixes I was without a vehicle for almost a month and I had to pay over 1000 out of pocket because the warranty wouldn't cover the whole thing. Now we are on the 3rd issue and not only do I not have my car back and its been almost 4 weeks but the warranty company is pushing back asking for more and more info. The cost of this current fix is over $5000. Sharpest Rides should be put out of business. They are total scammers who care nothing about the people they are selling to. I am now getting lawyers involved because of the absolute nightmare of a situation this has turned into.
