We had a nice experience using the sharpest ride to purchase our vehicle. Our sales rep Frankie, took very good care of us through the entire process. There should be more like him out there. They even let us take the car off site to have it inspected. Everything checked out just fine. The only thing with this purchase was the wait time. We wanted the car, had cash with us, and it took 3 hours just to take the car home. It appears that they had only one person available to handle the final process. So I rated customer service only 3 stars.

Daniel was good to work with. Very honest and patient. We initially came in on a Thursday night and then decided to come back on Saturday. We knew it would be busy Saturday and Daniel urged us to come in early, so we were on the lot a little after 8 a.m.. Unfortunately he got busy with two other customers and we didn't get out of there until 2:30 p.m.. Keep in mind we did take a lunch break at his urging, so he could help his other customers, but by the end of the day I was done. I would recommend to focus on your first customers, especially since we had been there a few days earlier and told you we would be back and we are repeat customers, this was our fifth vehicle purchased here.

I received great service while shopping at Sharpest Rides. I found the car I wanted online and was test driving the car within minutes of arriving. I was driving the car home only a couple of hours later. Jonathon was very easy to work with and transparent with the paperwork. For my previous two cars I speant at least triple the time at the dealership. Highly recommend.

got the truck i was looking for within my budget. when in on a holiday week so it was busy but they managed. Jonathan the sales dude was chill af.

Brooks was a pleasure to work with. He helped us find the right car for us. His customer service was great while we were finding our car but he set himself apart after we had already purchased the car. We ran into a hiccup after buying the car and rather than putting us off because he had already made the sale he continued to advocate for us and made everything right.
