I was very happy with my car buying experience. Brandon was knowledgeable on the workings of Usaa finance and was able to help me at the dealership. All total I was there less than 2 1/2 hrs. I would recommend buying a car from Brandon.

Recently purchased a vehicle which waa seen and test driven in the evening. BIG MISTAKE!! The next morning when there was light I saw dents and rock chip damage that was not seen the night before. I now have to pay for Auto Body work to repair the chip damage on hood. It also looks like the roof or window of the car was replaced but in a very sloppy way. It looks like someone took a screw driver to the top of the windshield. There is also a piece of carpet missing that was covered by the paper floor mats. The front bumper must of been repaired for some reason because there is paint dripped on bottom and the black grill has spots sprayed with white paint. While test driving we heard a very loud noise while the car was in motion. When we got back to dealership my boyfriend and the sales representative looked at the car and did not see anything noticeably wrong. We were told it was probably the tires. Another cost out of my pocket I took the car to a mechanic shop to find out the wheel bearing and hub assembly needed to be replaced. Wish I would've been patient and waited to purchase the exact same vehicle at another lot with no damage that I had already had on hold.

The process was good and Jonathan was very helpful. He made sure to do whatever he could for me and made sure I left happy with what I got. I really appreciated him.

The sales reps were friendly and well informed. They took their time to explain the process and were not pushy or aggressive. The General Manager came across as knowledgeable and thought in terms of mutually beneficial business relationship. Will definitely consider future purchase of trucks for my moving and handyman company.

Josh greeted us immediately upon arrival to see if we had been helped yet. He truly showed interest in what we wanted and spent his time making sure we were happy and satisfied with the car. He went above and beyond and we highly recommend Josh for future customers! He really took care of us even after the purchase of the car, making sure it was in the best shape before we drove it home.
