The service starts right when you walk in the gate to the lot. Less than 30 seconds went by before being greeted and helped. I already had an appointment with Jesse when I got in. Even with the lot being rather busy, customer service was always provided. Ari helped out a lot alongside Jesse. I’m a rather picky customer, and both Jesse and Ari patiently showed me numerous models of cars as well as different options of similar cars until I found exactly what I wanted. The price is great. The service is thorough. They got me financed at half the APR another leading dealership quoted. I can’t say I’ve ever had such thorough service. The entire team is highly competent. I heard about this dealership on the radio and decided to give it a shot as it was near where I live. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Upon entry, the lot looked busy but like it was run efficiently. I was approached by Brooks who inquired about what I was in the market for and he took me through their entire selection at three different lots in Englewood. He was professional and knowledgeable and made the entire car shopping experience hassle-free. He got me exactly what I wanted and made it happen quickly. You need a dependable car to go have adventures in weather you’re alone or with someone else. If you have a hustle you need a car, if you have a job it’s best to have a car because you never know when you’re going to miss the bus or hurt yourself (if you ride a bike). When you go to buy a car you want to go somewhere where you have options and choices and you have people who you know are going to work for you and be on your side and not just sell you some piece of crap because you’re there trying to buy a car. This guy was great, he explained my situation to me since I have champagne taste and a slightly less than champagne budget lol and got me a good car for me right now! They also didn’t sweat me about additional warranties or service contracts but did explain the possibilities. Also, when I first got there I decided to walk the lot and a couple of sales people approached me and I told them I was good and they actually left me alone. So, Whether your budget is a Bentley a Honda or a whatever they’ve got it…and if that’s what you want, someone honest and ethical to simply help you get what you need. then go here, it’s really that simple.
