I just purchased/ leased a 2015 ford fusion with this dealership and I was very happy with their customer service because at the time of purchasing the vehicle they went above and beyond, but there is a down side I have had the car for 2 weeks and and I've been noticing some issues. For 1 the Monday after we purchased it we called and told Lanny it needed an alignment badly he said we should take it else were that they were too backed up, not caring that I have to pay for that out of my pocket!!!!!! :(

They have great cars, customer service was really good, they helped us out a lot will definitely go back soon hopefully for another car. Thank you guys!

Best car buying experience I've ever had for a number of reasons: 1) The website enabled my wife and I to view the cars we were interested in from all angles (interior, exterior and tire treads) and provided all the specifications information and price of the vehicles. We were able to find a number of vehicles that matched our wants and within the price range we were looking for. 2) Paul greeted us personally as we entered the lot, even though we didn't have an appointment. Although I don't ordinarily like sales personnel contacting me upon arrival (please allow me to take my time and look around first), it was definitely a necessity here due to the size of the lot and the sheer number of vehicles...we never would have been able to find them ourselves. Paul was courteous in answering our questions and tracking down the vehicles and efficient in obtaining the CarFax reports and getting the cars set up for test drives and we never received any sales pitches or pressured in any way. 3) We did purchase one of the cars we had been looking at on the dealer's website; however, there were a significant number of vehicles in the lot that are worth an owner! Financing was a breeze-- the dealership ran comparisons with a number of lenders and we were able to use our own credit union and processing went through quickly and smoothly. I'd like to express my thanks to the whole Sharpest Rides staff, especially Paul and Candace, for a very pleasant car buying experience. Check out the website before going. While all the cars in the lot appear to be in excellent shape and a good value, I would recommend anyone to plan before you arrive.
