The Sharpest Rides

We came in on the 18th looking for a specific MDX, but unfortunately it had just sold that morning. We had a couple other SUV's on our list, but they ended up not being right for us. Daniel proved to be an excellent salesperson, because he kept listening to us and working to find an SUV that would work for our needs. Ended up finding a 2010 RDX in the color we liked in our mileage range. Thanks, Daniel, we love it!

Hands down, the worst car buying experience I have ever had. For the entire first month I have owned the car, there has been at least one warning light on, and most of the time, there were multiple. This includes the drive home from the dealership. As of today, the car has had almost $3,000 worth of mechanical work done, and is still in need of $1,700 more. Much of this was due to oil leaks and tensioner issues that develop over long periods of time and would have been present when they sold me the car. When I buy from a dealer, I'm expecting to get a car that has been at least looked over at a rudimentary level after they purchase it from auction. I'm very confident in saying that this is not the case with The Sharpest Rides. In a city as large as Denver, with many options to buy a used vehicle, there is absolutely no reason to go to this dealer. If you do, expect to spend thousands after the purchase to get a functional vehicle.

Jonathan Romero helped us the second we walked into the dealer! I didn't know what kind of vehicle I wanted to leave with and to my surprise left with a beautiful 2010 very AFFORDABLE Mercedes, thank you Jonathan! He kept everything very simple and easy and there was absolutely no pressure in buying. Wade rocks!! He has great costumer service and he is always happy great personality funny always cracking jokes always making sure we are ok and always offering us drinks and food. Was down and out and needed a car today. Contacted by email and got Johnathan Romero in less than 30 minutes. Spoke to him and explained my situation, he came to pick me up in the car that I was interested in and purchasing. After test driving from the pickup, wanted the car, got financed and out on the road in about a 1 hour. Top Notch for traveling from Denver to Aurora to make this deal happen. All of the people at the Sharpest Rides were friendly. Highly recommended!!!!!
