The Sharpest Rides

Great place to go to shop. There is such a variety of vehicles to choose from. If you do not like normal dealerships cars, this place is for you. Staff was not pushy at all, and went out of their way to get the vehicles I was interested ready. Ended up buying a nice truck, and am very happy. It is a used truck, but had all the mods that I wanted already installed. 4 stars for the buying process because it took way to long. I waited 3 hours to sign papers, and that was annoying. 3 stars for the facilities because it looks like they converted auto shop bays into a office structure. Being the "Sharpest Rides", they should have the 'Sharpest Paint" and look less grungy. Still, way better than any Colfax dealerships. The main points that count are the truck (great Truck, great price, nice quality) and the no hassle, but customer oriented experience. I would defiantly buy again and again.

I was not to sure about your company I had heard some nagative things about the cars your company sold. In till we went for the test drive Wade had ask if we would mind if he took a call for a customer it seem that the key was not working for the car he had purchased wade immediately start looking for Solutions to solve the problem. I asked if that happened often he said no but if we had any problems like that at anytime to call and he would help finger it that he didn't want me to just buy one car from your company he wanted us to be repeat customers.

I went to test drive a vehicle that I didn't end up liking. They did all they could to help me find another car in my price range. My first impression was a laid back delearship with a vast amount of cars to look at. No one bum rushed me as soon as I stepped on the lot, but when I was ready to make my choice and test drive, someone came to assist me at the perfect timing. The guy Jonathan that sold me my car was very friendly and personable, and got us in and out of there fairly quick on a busy Saturday! Great service!

All in all business with Sharpest Rides and Jonathan was excellent! Communication through out the buying process was great! The approval process did linger on but they definetly knew how to make you feel right at home. I would recommend Sharpest Rides and Jonathan. A++
