The Best Sales man in the car business is here

we came to the sharpest rides looking for a car Luis Luna helped us out by getting an amazing car we have never had this amazing service at other dealer ship till we came here with him he is a great sales man and he helped us out really good. I totally recommend this place and go see Luis Luna he will go and beyond to get you in a car..

Service Departement

The guys over in the service department are just AWESOME! Every time I go in there, they make me laugh and they are so nice. I would like to give a shout out to Emmanuel Borjon, Devin Marzan and Raymundo Ortiz for dealing w me calling everyday to check on my car. I probably annoyed the crap out of them but every time I called they were so nice and gave me updates on my baby Mallow. Not only that but since my car was in the shop for a week (not too long) they went out of their way to provide me with a loner car. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! I'll be bringing by that fresh fruit tart soon ;) THANK YOU TSR!!

Terrible

Shouldn't go here. Sold me a lemon an tried to give me 4000 less than what I paid 6 weeks ago. Sales men are rude an cocky. An make you feel bad if you can't come up with a down payment. Worst car buying experience I've ever had.

Fantastic! Bruce is amazing!!

Experience was great! I knew which car I wanted before I got there and Bruce was great! They were super busy and sold several cars! I would totally go back! Bruce was great too!

Good service

This is the 2nd time I shopped and purchased with sharpest rides. The 1st representative that I was assigned to had some communication issues. After I met with Daniel DeLa Toure and within I was driving home in my new car! Thanks Daniel aka Frenchie!

Service Department

Less than a week after I purchased my car from the sharpest rides it stopped on my way to work one day. Thankfully the problem was minor. The service tech Manny took the time to communicate with me during the entire process and wouldn't release the car until he was 100% sure the issues were resolved! It was a great experience. Thank Manny!

Awesome customer service

Awesome awesome experience! Audrey is a pleasant, laid back no pressure sales rep she was hands down the best sales rep I have ever encountered. I'm just coming out of bankruptcy and am looking to re-establish my credit. Last week I told her my situation, she was straight forward and told me what car price range, mileage, certain year, make and models to look for so she could make it happen. I listened went back and put my ducks in a row and a week later she put me into the exact car I wanted with a lower interest rate and with a monthly payment less than expected! Man I cant tell you how appreciative I am for her direct approach, I had been shopping that whole day for a vehicle and had been to 5 dealerships and had been given the run around on price and payments and all of them ended up giving me a payment at or above my max that I wanted to pay. Audrey your an asset to your company and they should value you as much your customer service is second to none! So for anyone who actually reads these reviews I recommend you go down to SHARPEST RIDES and see Audrey where customer service and your satisfaction come before the bottom line.
