Great Customer Service Very Professional

Wael he did a great job of working with us to get us the car we wanted. He was honest and fair and worked with us to ensure that we were happy with our decision. He was nice and friendly while showing us the car and signing the paperwork. Buying a car can be a stressful decision but he made it easy and took the stress away by listening to the customers needs and doing what he could to make it happen.

wonderfull experience

had broken down and traded up to a better model the buying process was simple and the sales staff was exceptional closer inspection of the drivetrain revealed some issues and they were more than willing to foot the bill at no cost to me. my salesman was a dedicated individual who passed shortly after selling me the car, and i beleive he was the most helpfull and fair salesman ive ever dealt with his loss is a loss for the car sales community. raymundo, manny and joel were very knowledgeable and did evrything possible to ensure my satisfaction. a great experience and a customer for life. Service Dept/Manny Borjon

Manny was great at keeping me updated with the progress of my vehicle repairs. He has fully explained the repairs to me so that I can understand what work has been completed. I would definitely speak to Manny again if I have any further issues.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE HERE AT THE SHARPEST RIDES. EVERYONE IN THE SERVICE DEPT. WAS EXCEPTIONAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAKING CARE OF MY CAR. WOW! Service Department- Emmanuel

Brought My 2010 Ford Mustang in for a trivial but inconvenient windshield wiper repair. Joel was able to squeeze me in earlier than scheduled due to it being a safety issue, and I greatly appreciate it. Took a little time due to diagnosing the true problem "motor" so that would be my only con. Once the part was received, I was right out the door. Hopefully I am good to go from here on out, and I can go and enjoy my new purchase!

"amazing"

I purchased my Volkswagen beetle with them and had it serviced recently with the AMAZING help of AL(great individual to go to) and Manny, the managers there were great help to me, I couldn't of asked for a better service from anyone else. My VW is great and working thanks to their help and effort to getting it done.

Brandon is real nice guy. great people and customer skills.... I felt like he answered all my questions and provided a great of Information I that I had no clue of... very professional as well I really like his attitude you can tell he loves his job.

Ignition problem on purchased car repair

After purchasing my car. I started having problems with the car not starting. The car is an excellent vehicle and I've been happy with it from the start except the problem with it not starting every time. I contacted Joel in the service department, he took immediate interest is correcting the problem and had me bring the vehicle in right away. I am impressed with the professional manner in which this was handled. My car was repaired the same day, free of charge.
