We had come to look at a Suburban that my husband had saw online. We test drove the SUV and my husband was very happy about this vehicle and wanted it. Well lets just say he got his wish with the help of Dennis Kirsch. Waiting to drive off was a little painful because we had our 2 and a half year old with us but all and all we are happy to have something that better suits our family. All of the staff here at the Sharpest Rides were very friendly and helpful.

It was a really busy weekend and they got us in and out pretty quickly once they found the truck we wanted to see. Paperwork and financing was simple and employees were very friendly.

When I first came in to look at some cars, I found one i really liked and when my salesman Nando Garcia went to track down the keys, another salesman came and took the car from right in front of us while we were waiting to get a test drive! Upset, I was leaving on a very bad note, until nando chasded me down. Because of his customer service I ended up purchasing a car. Him and everyone else besides the original sales thief, turned the entire situation around. I am very happy with how they took care of me after that.
