Travis is the best

Travis is the best Employee ever You Rock. He is very professional He knows what he is doing He is patient He us dedicated Above all He love his job,if u don't like ur job ,quit. Came just to look around and Daniel " French" La Tour...

Came just to look around and Daniel " French" La Tour made an effort to take us for a great tour and found the vehicle we fell in love and purchase in 2 hours! This place is like a candy store, you can go crazy over great varieties of a " dropping jaw" cars!

Car dealer's cars suck!

They suck, their cars are lemons and I promise you their cars is not worth you time or money. I bought a car from them in 2018, I've problems ever since. Send your money somewhere else, just not here!!!!!!!

I dropped off my 2006 ram 2500 with them for several...

I dropped off my 2006 ram 2500 with them for several things being wrong with it. First off they said it would be a week. They had to change the power steering pump and the ujoints, both of which are things that I could have done in less than a half days work. I didn’t get my truck back for two weeks. When I dropped off my truck I had told them and wrote down initially that I needed the power steering pump when they removed it because it was less than a week old and I just bought it from advanced auto. Well they ended up using it as a core and got 30. Bucks off on it for doing so… I paid well over 100. For it less than a week prior and it was faulty. When they told me that they did this, the manager that day told me he would get in touch with advanced and get me a credit for it… I even handed him my receipt and he said he would be in touch with me. 3 months later and I remembered this and never got any phone calls or anything regarding the pump… so I called them and the manager today told me that there was nothing they could do about it. They didn’t do anything that they said they would… I had to close shop for 2 weeks down time without a vehicle on a half a day job… why didn’t they just have me bring my truck in when they had a lift available for that day instead of holding my truck and waiting for a lift to come available… ? So far no good with my thoughts and feelings on the way they do business and how poorly the manager handled speaking to me regarding the issue. He acted like I shouldn’t be upset about losing over a 100 bucks on this… like it’s pocket change or something. I’m a single mother of a young child and sorry if I can’t afford to take losses like that.

French was great! I came in to look at a car I’d seen on...

French was great! I came in to look at a car I’d seen on Craigslist—he really took time to get to know what I was looking for. We looked at several different cars but ultimately he found me a real steal—a car that wasn’t even yet on the lot and was a great price and newer than I’d hoped possible with my budget. Even in this tough market, I got my dream car and could afford it!

Bought a 2011 WRX still haven’t gotten it back said it...

Bought a 2011 WRX still haven’t gotten it back said it needed one thing after another. Got 2 “faulty” motors. Still haven’t gotten the car back and it’s been 5 months maybe more I lost count.

I bought a vehicle from the sharpest rides and I've had...

I bought a vehicle from the sharpest rides and I've had to take the vehicle many times to be serviced within the first year. The Extended warranty company has not been very supportive. There is no reason why I should buy a vehicle and have to have it serviced for extremely serious issues within 1 year of buying the vehicle. I am disappointed and will not be buying another vehicle from this company. The gentleman that sold me the vehicle was nice a pleasant but now I believe it was all a game.

They do not live up to all the advertisements and do not take care of their customers. My vehicle purchase here was by far the worst experience I have had. If I could go back in time I would avoid the shapest rides.
