The Sharpest Rides

Working with Joe and The Sharpest Rides was a pleasure. No Haggling- straight up easy business dealing. I gave a specific set of parameters of what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I was looking to get for my trade in, and boom - done. When I am ready for my next vehicle I will be heading back to see Joe and the staff at The Sharpest Rides.

Well I never got a reply so I'd say my experience was crap just like the business. Never shopping here. Thats for xxxx sure!

I went to buy my Family and myself a dependable vechicle that I could get my family around safely. Went in and spoke with Bill Peck and my wife and I was telling him how the last time we bought a vechicle it the transmission went out on us a month later and he assured us that nothing like that would happen that they would take good care of us and then sold me a extended warranty so that after my warranty thru sharpest rides was up if something happen to the vechicle it would be covered so we bought the vechicle and on the test drive there was noises in the front end so they only put in the due bill that they would fix that. The next day on my way to work the BRAKES started grinding really bad and was metal to metal and bearly stopped the car so I had to park it, then the air conditioner stops working on the passenger side it only blows hot air in back seats and on passenger and cold on the driver, and the driver seat feels like its not bolted down all the way. So they scheduled me an appointment with there shop for a week later, so now they took my 5,000$ down and sold me a car that is sitting there with no brakes and when I take the car in it takes them over a week and they tell me that they will only fix what they put on the due bill and nothing else except brakes. And I asked about the 30 day warranty and it don’t help at all and my extended warranty won’t be available till after the 30 day warranty is up and they won’t fix it. So now I have a vehicle that my kids can not ride in because it blows completely hot air on them all the time and the driver seat moves back and forth as you press the gas and the brake ( I GUESS THEY DON’T SEE THAT AS A SAFETY PROBLEM OR THAT THEY MARKED THE BRAKES HAD OVER 75% ON THEM) So I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE BILL PECK SAID THEY DO AND SELLING CARS WITH NO BRAKES AND A SEAT THAT MOVES AND THAT BLOWS HOT AIR ON EVERYONE BUT THE DRIVER. When I test drove the car I couldn’t tell the passenger side was getting hot air blown on them cuz I was in the driver seat. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Daniel was the bomb. We came in to look at the used Toyota Tacoma's on the lot for our daughter. Daniel was low key and gave us space and time to look, drive, and then ultimately buy the one of our choice. He was fun to work with and a strait shooter the entire way. Highly recommend!

I showed up at The Sharpest Rides dealership unannounced. I was met by Daniel LaTour. I told him the specific vehicle I was interested in and he immediately escorted me to a golf cart and drove me to the car. He asked if I wanted to drive it and provided a dealer plate with no drama! When I returned I told him I like the car but was unsure about the color. He was gracious and did not pressure me in any way. After thinking about the car over the weekend I decided I would buy it. I called Daniel and went to the dealership. My goal was to trade my truck for the SUV on an even basis. Daniel did the paperwork and got the deal approved. Very, very pleasant and stress free transaction. My daughter will be going back there to upgrade her car in the near future. Highly recommend.
