Bryan Sanchez provided excellent customer service!! For example, no aggressive sales techniques, he answered all questions and provided important information about my BMW X5 purchase. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-service inspection. Any additional service that needed to be done was provided at no cost. The Finance Manager, Wael, was able to obtain a much better APR rate than I could obtain. The General Manager, Robert, and Service Manager, Oscar, wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied that I was purchasing a quality vehicle. Best selection of a variety of vehicles in the Denver area and competitively priced.
