The sharpest rides has impecible service. Honestly friendly and easy throughout the whole process. Made me feel very comfortable buying a new car as I was very nervous. French took great care of me and made me feel like family. I highly recommend the sharpest rides.

I was having trouble finding a car with not great Credit and being a first time buyer but they both helped me get into a car that was perfect!

It won’t be long till this business goes down for killing someone because they sold them a dangerous, car that can stall on them anywhere at anytime (No exaggerating). I bought a 2014 Q50 that blew up in white smoke after 15 minuets of driving it off the lot, I then had to wait in an dark empty parking lot for 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck to come, leaving me without a car until I could pick up a rental from them two days later. I’ve gone through 3 different cars from the sharpest rides in two days (First one I bought overheated, the loaner car stirring Columb broke, the second loaner is ok) on top of that every time i ask for assistance from the people I am ignored to the fullest extent (Mind you the men there are terribly sexist and take absolute advantage of women that are alone buying cars). The Sharpest Rides refuses to work with me at my request to return the car(Mind you i have not been able to drive my new car except the first 15 minuets I drove it off the lot). My family and i have bought a total of 9 cars from the sharpest rides and never had a problem till now, we won’t be returning back to sharpest rides as we now know that once you get the bad end of the stick with there cars you will NOT be taken care of. The sales men are quick to be at your assistance before the sale, yet they disappeared and we’re very hard to contact them when I was having problems with the car. Save your money and don’t buy a car from this dealership.

Daniel is an easy guy to talk to he is truthful about all the cars you will be considering he will not let you get a bucket. Shopping for my daughter's first car, I saw the vehicle on line and called to see it. I spoke with Lawrence and he had the car pulled up and ready for me to check out when I got there. He was with another customer so Julia helped me out. She was very professional and pointed out a couple of things about the car that I should note and then when I ended up purchasing this vehicle gave me names and number of people to call to get those items attended to. The manager explained all the paperwork and it was all completed very efficiently. They made the car buying process very easy.
