DO NOT BUY from this dealer
I purchased a 2008 Toyota Rav4 with 139,000 miles from Josh LaTour at this establishment in January. Three months later, it has been in the shop 3 times. I've already put $1000 worth of repairs into it when the alternator died and needed a new wheel bearing, and now it's in the shop again 3 weeks later needing a whole new ABS unit which I'm told will cost $2150. I should have known from the appearance and company motto alone that this was a bad place to buy, but needed a good deal at the time. This is appalling. The car repair shop said they have never seen a good car come from the Sharpest Rides. He said they purchase many flooded, damaged cars and fix them up just enough to get them on the road to sell. I will be contacting the attorney general next about these disgusting business practices.

Easy and low pressure salesmen
The guys were really low pressure and did their best to find cars in our budget we gave to them. They didnβt try to get us out of the range we felt comfortable paying

Time with Mario and Candice
These two made the car buying process as painless as possible. In at 9:15am wife and I each drove the car we knew we wanted after research. Had to wait a little for financing but we pretty much expect that. Mario was straight forward and we would suggest working with him for sure! Candice in financing was great and efficient!

Vehicle purchase
My experience was on a Saturday, so someone else's may be different on a Mon- Friday. But it was EXTREMELY busy and even though I had all my paperwork, no credit issues, and we had talked over the phone prior to me being there, ready to buy, I was still there for 6 hrs. I wished everything had been ready, say down talked numbers, signed and back on the road. It seems to me that their goal is to sell hundreds of cars or over 1000, a month. And that's great, but in order to do that you need more salesman and more finance employees to get more people in and out faster and more vehicles sold. If I were to go again, it definitely would NOT have been on a Saturday. Not that the dealership was bad or I received poor customer service, that's not it. Bottom line is, theyre way under staffed for Saturday's, go a different day when it's more calm. I still got a good deal on a vehicle I wanted. Just wished I wasn't there so long that's all. If my sales rep was too busy with other customers, why couldn't another rep help me out?
