We just bought a RAV4 for our son there. Never was it advertised that there was hail damage on the vehicle, and they were unwilling to take that damage into account on the price. I'd call that deceptive practices. Won't likely go back.

These awesome fellas went above and beyond to make sure that my car needs were met and were super easy to work with and talk to. I was worried about my experience because I had my 2 year old with me but he was very patient. He even made sure that I was getting into a car that was safe for him.
