Bergstrom GM of Neenah

I called and asked if I could come in, without an appointment, to get my wiper blades replaced. It was an extremely busy day at Bergstrom GM in Neenah, but I was invited in and assured that the parts were available. Seconds after I arrived I was greeted by a service advisor who replaced my wiper blades himself. The price was right (I used a $5 coupon and installation was free with it) and the service was fast and friendly. Thank you!

I took my daughter's car in for an oil change while she was at work. The technician told me that while checking the pressure in the tires they found a nail embedded in one of them. I was grateful for the thorough and fast service I received, and I feel better knowing that my daughter should not have issues with her car anytime soon.

Easy drop off - my service rep wasn't available but someone greeted me right away and got me out the door. Greatly appreciate the complimentary shuttle service. They forgot to reset my oil life monitor but it wasn't anything major.

In addition to my oil change and lube, the crew in the Express 'store' pointed out a couple other coupons that I had on the mailer. The end result is that I received more service than I had planned and paid less. Nice job!!

Very friendly and polite employees. One thing though, I had asked Tom Brown last year to put Chardonnay wine in the refreshment cooler, still no wine!!!! Come on Tom!!! Cellars right across the street!!!

I was in and out in a matter of minutes. After working 12 hrs. on the night shift I was extremely happy to get in and out so quickly. They explained everything to me and made sure all my needs were met.

I came in for an oil change at the Quick Lube. I was told it would be a half hour wait but was on my way home in less than 15 minutes. Fast friendly service is at the top of my list and that is just what I recieved.

Bergstrom Automotive of Neenah has been our choice for vehicles and maintenance for years. The service has been great. Case in point, on Dec. 14th, I had stopped for an oil change. As I started the truck that morning, the battery light came on. While I was waiting for the oil change, I talked to the service department and was able to get the truck in within minutes to have checked out. The alternator was found to be bad and was changed. The communication was great and my problem was solved. While waiting, refreshments and cookies were offered for customers awaiting there vehicles. I was also impressed when John Bergstrom stopped by the waiting area where we were with morning greetings. The Nelson's
