Nicebuilding remodel and the coffee is always on
I bought a 1 owner used Buick with 66,xxx miles for my wife from Dan Tischendorf over 10 years ago. It now has 275,xxx miles on it. I bought her a 1 owner Chevrolet a year ago and have been driving the Buick over 80 miles round trip for work since. I just took the Chevrolet in for its first repair since buying it. Bob and Chad in the service department are both very helpful as well as Keith and Kerry in the parts department. These guys all know me by name also.

Service work on 2013 Buick Regal
After telling the serviceman about the very unpleasant experience the last time I had brought my car in for service, I was treated very well. After the work was done on my car, he brought my keys out to me, along with a very detailed report of the work done, and explained it all to me and answered my questions. However, when I had driven up to the service entrance doorway, I followed the instructions to "sound horn to gain entrance," I saw that there was a car waiting just inside. I saw service people walking back and forth to the desk, looking outside, seeing that I was waiting, but no one bothered to move that car. I know I waited at least ten minutes, when finally someone drove up next to me, saw that I was waiting, and went inside. It looked like he may be an employee there, perhaps in management, and talked to several people, and then someone moved that car, and the door opened so I could drive in. It looked to me like all of the service people walking back & forth, seeing me waiting, and seeing that car parked there, had the impression that "it's not my job" to move the car. That was the only disappointing experience I had on this trip.
