My experience was less then impressive.
My experience was less then impressive. We purchased a truck here less then two years ago. The truck came stickered. This year, it did not come close to passing at the GMC dealership. The people at gmc were floored to see that we had been driving a car in such a bad condition. They recommended we go back to where we purchased the truck. Tims truck capital did NOTHING to help resolve this issue, they spoke down to us many times and made us feel as though the $20,000 we spent with them was nothing of interest to them. We purchased from Danny Dearborn and he did the best he could to try to help us. The manager on the other hand was very rude and wouldn't budge in any way. I would NEVER send any business their way!

Wow where do I begin, started off well.
Wow where do I begin, started off well. And like many no follow through, customer service is over when you buy. Had them continue to say that they made nothing off me. Worst words for a customer to hear from sales. But also no inspection, tires continue to wear uneven, brought for inspection and alignment after it ate the life off 1 tire which is now a spare by their choice. And needed a new brake light? After they inspected it, and now it needs an oil change after 1000 miles. Buyer beware, good credit, money down doesn't matter the dollar. Even managed to scam their way out of paying the person that referred me and I know they lost him as a customer. After buying Me: 2016 Jeep Unlimited My friend: 2018 Chevy 2500HD SO ABOUT 100-110k spent and they are still cheap and won't stand up to a mistake they made. Last thing: REMOVING THEDEALER STICKER OFF THE VEHICLE, LAST THING I WANT IS TO PROMOTE SUCH A COMPANY AS TIMS.

Great experience if the truck holds up. The lending office blocked me in at night and I have to go over the snow bank to get our. Very bad and stressful experience, thankfully my older vehicle had 4x4.

Came in with a transmission failure under warranty.
Came in with a transmission failure under warranty. Had it back inside a week all fixed with a new warranty of its own. Saved over $5000. Nice work. Easy friendly customer service.

Misleading and lying
First off, I was a co-signer for my girlfriend. This isn't the first time I got a vehicle here but my girl wanted this Jeep. They said the miles were from being towed by a motor home all the time which I now realize that was a lie because it goes through a quart a month. We could smell antifreeze during the test drive which they said they knew about and were going to fix it before we got it which they didn't, it's the heater core which I will replace in the summer myself because the warranty is not going to cover that. Second, the first time I went here my credit report got all kinds of hard inquiries and this time I said what bank to try first which I should've just called my bank because "Alex" didn't listen or was purposely doing it for commission reasons so my credit got hit with an additional 4 hard inquiries, 2 of them being Tim's 700 club or some stupid thing like that. He insisted that they were going to be all soft inquiries but I knew better from previous buy and I called and complained and he just apologized. I give the place 2 stars because overall the Jeep is in great condition because it came from out west so there's no rust but they obviously knew where the smell was coming from and decided against taking the whole dash apart and just pretended they fixed it. If they had any brains they would've taken the short cut and modified a new core and ran hoses to half the tubes they could cut back from the original and only had to do some minor cutting. I think they figured because it was summer we wouldn't be using the heat so the smell would be limited. Apparently these wranglers are known for heater cores going bad because they are so thin they corrode easy but typically hard to replace if you do it the right way.

Not very pleased with the service.
Not very pleased with the service. Brought my 2014 Ford F150 in for a growling noise in the front end and it's still there and only had the truck for 27 days. And I think you probably knew about the transfer case and wheels bearings were bad when I was sold the truck.

So when i first came to Tim’s truck capital they seemed
So when i first came to Tim’s truck capital they seemed like nice people but i pointed few very little things to be fixed and they gave me a tough way about getting them fixed my vehicle so therefore this review serves this purpose. Very upset how much of a tough way it was to get few little things fixed !

Yes i told the manager of the dealership and if we get these fixed atfer the first of the year and he said “of course”. Every time I mentioned i wanted very little body work to do this said individual would tell me, well “that does not require for it to be inspected” i said to em “if it can be done for my own well known being that would be great”. Such a hard way to go about it and this dealer just seems about the money and run. They do not care about you or your car would not recommend the place at all.
