Was a great experience buying a truck from them, it was my first truck buying experience and they treated me very well and I had a issue with the truck a couple days after purchasing it and they took it right back and fixed it for me and gave a me loaner vehicle as I waited.

I got my dream vehicle here, I came to the dealership late when I still had to work later on that day . They were able to assist me and help work with my time schedule as I knew how great the car was. They also helped me out when I offered a discount off the sticker price. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and gave wonderful customer service! I even got a better interest rate through their bank. The car did have problems, nothing major, just used issue like coffee inside the window button - luckily my free 30 day warranty covered the issue for free and they fit me into their schedule easily. Overall I rate the experience as excellent and would tell my friends and family to come here!

Salesman was very easy to deal with however the vehicle they sold me started having issues the next day. The check engine light came on and it’s running rough. The dealerships warranty says it only covers 50% of the costs of labor and parts and you have to bring it to them to fix. I’m over an hour and a half away and I’m not going to waste my time bringing it back to them only to have to pay half of the bill when it started having issues the day after I drove off the lot. Horrible dealership warranty and from now on I will shop at places that offer a reasonable warranty to back my purchase.

I had a great experience, they did everything they could to help me get the truck I wanted. Very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely use them again!

Picked up the truck Friday. Sunday started having issues. Called dealer today Monday spoke to Amber. If u need good service don’t talk to this lady nor go to this dealer.. Sales man Lenny was very nice. Amber told me keep driving your vehicle for another 4 days till we can look at it. Mind your I have only owned it for 3 days and already having issues and being told see u in 4 days after spending $37.500 cash. What a way to treat NEW customer. I’m glad my work phone records calls if I get in an accident this is a lawsuit. I’m taking this to social media hard how I just got treated. People DONT go to TIMS, it’s sad
