Saw a car online, made an appt (we live in Duluth) with Matt Schmidt who had answered my email. The car was just as advertised, however too small for our needs. Fortunately Matt found the other vehicle I had noticed and it was a bingo. As a white-haired female couple it’s a bonus to be treated ‘just like everyone else’ … and we were! Matt was attentive while not over-selling and helped make this a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience. And money-guy Clay made us both feel comfortable (and laughing) all while taking care of the zillions of necessary details. We got the car we didn’t know we needed and 100% recommend both Matt and Clay as well as Matt’s friendly and welcoming desk neighbor!

The reason I came to this dealership and sought out Shane Sutton was the reviews previous customers posted. And now I know why. He is very knowledgeable,professional,accomadating and courteuos. Shane was amazing to work with, made the trade in, and
Shane was amazing to work with, made the trade in, and buying go so smoothly. Nothing like past car buying experiences. Very friendly and didn't pressure into anything. Took what information I gave him for what I was looking for and made it happen.

Disappointed with Service Repair!
Disappointed with Service Repair! I would not recommend John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors. The Technician either did a terrible job conducting unnecessary troubleshooting OR possibly the Service Advisor Bailey Hibbert did not communicate to the technician the customer's information on the problem. Here is my story: I sent my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a 'No Start', and explained that there was a problem with the Solenoid which engages the starter (I'm very technical and did all the prework on the issue). Three days and $725 dollars later, The tech went through all kinds of tests and lastly checked solenoid and found the wire was loose. Exactly at the point I communicated to the service Advisor from the beginning. I'd be okay paying $200 or $300, but definitely not $725. Highly disappointed! I would not recommend John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors.
