I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This was one of the most unprofessional and shady dealership experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, communication was terrible. My mom submitted a co-signer application, there were issues with it, and instead of helping resolve anything, the salesperson was slow to respond and offered very little support. The finance staff was also rude and dismissive, which made the entire process even worse. After dragging things out, I was finally contacted at the end of the day right before closing and told I couldn’t get approved, even with a co-signer and a significant down payment. Then by Monday, I was told the vehicle had already sold over the weekend. The timing and the way everything was handled felt misleading from start to finish. Nothing about this experience felt honest, transparent, or customer-focused. It felt like excuses, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. This place does not value people’s time, and based on my experience, I would not trust them to do business fairly.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE! They have been so horrible to my mothers manipulated an elderly women to buy a car she couldn't afford and that was a piece of junk. Didn't even have it one day and multiple dash lights coming on, no warranty, gonna cost over 3 grand to fix and they want to do the work what a joke. She told them she couldn't afford it and they kept pressuring her. It should be a crime against the elderly! Save the hassle and shop somewhere else.

We have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership over the last 7 years and have been pleased with ever one of them. Frenchy was our sales guy (he has retired) and Donny has always been there to make sure everything went right. Even the finance team was awesome! Our service has ALWAYS been top notch. John Hammer and Tom ensure we get the best service and care. From front to back, this is an excellent dealer and so glad they are in my community. Cheers team!!

Shane was amazing finding a car with all the features I wanted and in my budget. He really listened and no pressure. He found the perfect car and was so helpful setting up some of the features for me and offered to help with any future questions. I would highly recommend him.

Saw a car online, made an appt (we live in Duluth) with Matt Schmidt who had answered my email. The car was just as advertised, however too small for our needs. Fortunately Matt found the other vehicle I had noticed and it was a bingo. As a white-haired female couple it’s a bonus to be treated ‘just like everyone else’ … and we were! Matt was attentive while not over-selling and helped make this a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience. And money-guy Clay made us both feel comfortable (and laughing) all while taking care of the zillions of necessary details. We got the car we didn’t know we needed and 100% recommend both Matt and Clay as well as Matt’s friendly and welcoming desk neighbor!

The reason I came to this dealership and sought out Shane Sutton was the reviews previous customers posted. And now I know why. He is very knowledgeable,professional,accomadating and courteuos. There was no pressure, which most customers hate. The rest of the staff was also pleasant. I highly recommend him and will be back myself.

Shane was amazing to work with, made the trade in, and buying go so smoothly. Nothing like past car buying experiences. Very friendly and didn't pressure into anything. Took what information I gave him for what I was looking for and made it happen.
