Very unsatisfied, Just bought a 2014 dodge with with 5.

Very unsatisfied, Just bought a 2014 dodge with with 5.7 hemi, the engine had a noise in it which concerned me before the purchase. The salesman had shop manger come listen to it and told me it was an exhaust manifold gasket which is common it that engine, and state nothing to be concerned about assured me it could be repaired for $1000. Im 74 years old, retired veteran, on disablity and fixed income and just had to spend $ 283.00 to vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to find out that I was straight out lied to. The exhaust mainfold is fine but number 1 cylinder is bad and has internal problems. Estimated repairs are between $9000 to $10,000 engine needs to be replaced. Would not recommend sales and definetly would not trust shop or mechanics. Worst experience i ever had purchasing a vehicle, no stars deserved. Wish they would accept a return but they are so dishonest i now will need to save to seek legal action.

I traded in my Nissan Altima for a Jeep Renegade and the

I traded in my Nissan Altima for a Jeep Renegade and the offer on my Nissan Altima was excellent. I would say that everything regarding the Jeep Renegade was explained to me perfectly and I haven't had any complaints about my experience at Cambridge Motors or with the Jeep.

We have purchased a couple vehicles from them.

We have purchased a couple vehicles from them. They have always treated us fairly and kept their end of any business. This just happened over a oil change that took over two hours! THEY MADE IT RIGHT! We'll be back there when we trade for sure. Their protocol of honest business brings us back, year after year!
