I said I was not going to buy a car but when we arrived

I said I was not going to buy a car but when we arrived we were met by Adam. Well needless to say his no pressure just make friends sales tactic worked. Not only did we leave with a new vehicle but we gained a friend. You are amazing Adam and we will see you soon!

Doesn't stand behind what they sell. Sold an oil change package and then shorted me on the number of oil changes. They said they would work with me but they did not.

The only reason they get 3 stars on this review is their awesome service department and past experiences with buying autos from them. We’ve purchased 4 vehicles from here in the past and we’ve been treated wonderfully. This time was different. While looking for a good used vehicle for our daughter, we got no help from our salesperson. He even lost our phone numbers! He had a guaranteed sale and chose to not help or even call us. After a month of waiting for him we decided to find one ourselves. We bought her vehicle a month ago and he has yet to call us and see if we’re still looking. IF we buy any more vehicles from there, we will definitely use a different salesperson! On a side note a 2018 Jeep Renegade was purchased somewhere else for a sale of 25,000.00 plus a warranty. We lost our salesman card and can not remember his name but he knows.


We purchased a 2019 RAM 3500 Limited on 12/17/22.

We purchased a 2019 RAM 3500 Limited on 12/17/22. We paid $70K for this vehicle. On 12/25/22 the truck would not start, we paid roadside assistance to start the truck and attempted to tow our 5th wheel on 12/26/22. There was a clear problem with the truck, it had no tow power at all. We called the dealer and talked to Jeff Anderson and told him we felt we were sold a lemon as the truck clearly had problems. We wanted to return the truck and even offered to buy a brand new truck. Jeff told us he would look for a new truck and would share the information with our salesman Brian Rasmussen. We never heard from Jeff Anderson again. When we finally contacted Brian Rasmussen (after leaving multiple messages on 12/27/22), he told us he did not know anything about it. We brought our truck in for service on 12/27. On 12/28/22 when we finally got to talk to Brian he told us he took a drive with the service tech in our truck and that there is clearly something wrong with it, but they don't know what it is, and that they let it sit for a day to "thaw out". As of this time, we still have not heard back from Jeff Anderson. We talked to our service technician who said the vehicle had turbo problems. This confirms that they sold us a lemon, because when we bought the vehicle, they gave us $4K less than what we owed on our trade-in because Brian Rasmussen said "once the turbo goes on a truck, there's pretty much nothing you can do about it". Now we have a truck that we had for 7 days before it showed "turbo problems", which in their very own words, means the truck will have nothing but problems now. In addition, on 12/28/22 (11 days after we paid for the truck) the bank we financed our trade-in with called because they still had not received payment, so now our credit is being damaged because of a late payment, along with a late payment fee (potentially). Jeff Anderson is the General Manager of this dealership and will not even return a phone call or own up to the fact that they are selling consumers vehicles that have not been checked out (they sold us the truck with an active recall on it). Also, when we called about the payment not being made, they said it was due to mail delays...does anyone really mail payments anymore v. electronic most likely another lie.

All of the staff we encountered at this dealership were very personable and made this purchase a seamless transaction. Our good friend who has been purchasing vehicles here for the past 30 years recommended them to us. Mark Krazencki was friendly, honest, upfront and very knowledgeable in the product and the process. He kept us informed regularly about the delivery progress our new vehicle which was very helpful, especially in these times. We also were treated very fairly with our trade in.

Dealership is great and very transparent. Sales Person who helped me is Mark Krazencki, great guy , honest and ethical. You will hardly find such an individual in the Car Sales World. Everything was smooth and I would work with Mark anytime again. Thanks Mark for helping me buy the Pacifica Hybrid 2021 model.

Lessons Learned the hard way! Sales guy DV has zero interest in costumers best interests. Sold me 2 pieces of crap that broke down transmissions months after I financed. Still owe 9k on this vehicle and it’s been sitting in my driveway since January! I truly thought he cared being I bought from him since 2003 . Never again! People show you who they are believe them the first time. Do not shop at this dealership. They sell a nail in a coffin

Would not recommend this dealer for selling or trades. Sales staff seem fine, but getting paid for your vehicle is something else. Sold my car to them on Saturday (when accounting wasn't in the office), they told me they would drop off a check at my house on Monday (since one of the guys in service lives by us). Over a month and several phone calls later, they have my car listed on their website for sale, but still have yet to pay me for my lease turn in. I've sold several leases before and always got a check before they took my vehicle, let alone posted it for sale. Nicole in accounting has been very confrontational and presumptuous to deal with. She is the #1 reason I won't be going back. I strongly recommend selling somewhere else, it's not worth the headache dealing with their run around and unreasonably spiteful accounting department.
