Disappointed with Service Repair!
Disappointed with Service Repair! I would not recommend John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors. The Technician either did a terrible job conducting unnecessary troubleshooting OR possibly the Service Advisor Bailey Hibbert did not communicate to the technician the customer's information on the problem. Here is my story: I sent my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a 'No Start', and explained that there was a problem with the Solenoid which engages the starter (I'm very technical and did all the prework on the issue). Three days and $725 dollars later, The tech went through all kinds of tests and lastly checked solenoid and found the wire was loose. Exactly at the point I communicated to the service Advisor from the beginning. I'd be okay paying $200 or $300, but definitely not $725. Highly disappointed! I would not recommend John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors.

Shane was very respectful and understanding of it being my first time. He made everything easy to understand and was very patient with me even when it surely went past his time. He helped me learn new things and understood a way to talk to me to get me to understand things. It was a great first experience thing for me and he was calm about everything.
